One of the worst experiences. a very expensive place with very old and uncomfortable beds. the uncomfortable staff. a stagnant hotel in the old Acapulco era, away from everything. you are charged for using some old and dirty trays. they don't clean the rooms. horrible, what a pity that it is well rated in hotel pages.

A strategic place to get around the different beaches, its facilities are very clean, the reception is very friendly, it has its own parking and a lot of security, simply a place for the family.
