Lovely people. Quaint town. The accommodations we chose was a master suite which while more basic than the title infers was nonetheless comfortable and adequate with a lovely view of the water nicely situated in this precious little town.  The accommodations were not overly impressive but neither were they inadequate. We definitely enjoyed our stay. 

A comfortable stay on the water

The location is excellent and the staff is super friendly simply the only thing that would be lacking would be remodeling the rooms since the room I touched had a very damaged mirror and improving the wifi since it is not possible to have a signal in all the rooms.

The hotel is neglected and dirty, the room, which we were told was a suite, looked like it had several days without being cleaned, tear gas, dust, chicken droppings all over the place.

Very careless.

Very small but clean rooms, Wi-Fi OK, however, there are areas of opportunity in terms of the quality of breakfast and the maintenance of rooms where, for example, hot water was intermittent.

Well, but with areas of opportunity.

Excellent location, spacious, clean and very well staffed... The rooms, although few, are all very well maintained and in excellent condition. In addition to being very quiet and comfortable to rest... The care is excellent and very well located... Without a doubt, I will return to this hotel.

Very nice place,

The hotel is very well located, on the banks of the Papaloapan River, the room is spacious although the cleanliness of the rooms could be greatly improved, the decoration of the room is beautiful, they could exchange the TV for some screens.

The view is excellent.

Actually the property is really nice but somehow it appears a bit neglected. Furniture in the rooms is really a bit simple, however the beds are comfortable. Bathroom was really nice and clean enough but installations need some maintenance. The biggest problem was the air con, it’s incredibly noisy.

Needs some TLC

There is no parking, we have to park on the street even though it is safe, we had to pay in cash as the terminal is unusable but the attention of the staff is good.

It's a hotel with good care.

It's a hotel-style house, no big luxury, but very close to the style of a small town. It's on the banks of the Del Río, if you opt for the Junior suite you can see it from the balcony. Its restaurant is not in operation, but sitting on its terrace to enjoy a bit of the river is very relaxing.
