The view is beautiful and the pool was great! 
We were there for 2 weeks and felt safe and comfortable. 
The restaurant there is ok and there is an OXXO across the street. 
The price is good compared to other places there. I would go back to this lovely place!

Great location for this set of apartments on the zona hotelera cancun 
Safe easy access directly onto a list stunning long white sandy beach made up for the dated exterior of this building 
There is a large pool laundry shop security gate ample on site guarded parking
2306 our apartment had just been refurbed Feb 2024 so was super clean and all working well 
A/C ,TV , shower,  glass doors , two double beds , kitchenette , fresh decor
Mary is our onsite agent available by WhatsApp for any questions she was very accommodating 
There is a launderette , book share , bar/cafe , large pool available but the best thing about this place is walking straight onto the beach gorgeous !

Breathtaking view

The room was great! We had an amazing view of the ocean from the third floor. A/C worked great, but we only used it while sleeping. The breeze that came in with patio door open was amazing! We had a kitchenette, which we used for one meal a day. We would take the R1 or R2 bus to downtown and explore where the locals eat. The bus was only $1 or 12 Pesos per person each way. On a busy day, it would take an hour to reach Centro from hotel. The pool was initially cold, but felt nice with the hot sun. The beach was clean and had numerous Palapas to rest under. Lifeguard kept a good eye on everyone swimming. The poolside restaurant had slow service and we only ate there twice. Prices were ok. We did order to go guacamole a few times which was delicious. They do offer massages above the restaurant for $54 or 800 Pesos for an hour. They don't advertise it, but should! The rooftop pool above restaurant requires a 300 Pesos minimum to use facilities, but there are NO signs indicating that. Elevators on property work well. Gated Entry. Convenience store on property was great. We bought daily from there. Another store OXXO a block away. A few restaurants within walking distance. We would return.

Budget stay in the hotel zone.

If I could give Cancún Plaza 0 stars, I would. One working light. Asked for blankets three times. Told me I had a king bed but it was a sleep sofa. I had to leave early so my family had enough room to sleep. Than they wanted me to wait 30 minutes to get my $100 down deposit. Honestly, I have been to Cancun 20 times and this was the worst 

Cancun Plaza Sucks

The old hotel, the kitchen is the same name, the two-bedroom beds are narrow, and what's good about the hotel is a nice view from the window, and the beach is good for Cancun, and if you only have a day or two and you don't want to spend a lot of money, then okay, if you have a week, look for something else.

The old, dirty and sloppy hotel, it's not transparent in reservations, save your money if you don't want to have a bad experience. The arrogant and zero tolerant manager.

No, I do not recommend it.

We were given an ugly old room, a little depressing the truth, but you look out the window and it has a super nice view of the beach and very close, the room was clean and good weather, the very kindly caretaker who was with the baby and moved us to another room with a bigger bed.

Well, for a short stay.

After you pay via the Internet, this host sends you an email where you must leave a deposit of 4,000 pesos, which you retain 15 days after your departure. 2. Taking photos of your identity documents from your mobile phones (compliant with data protection laws), this is a bad practice. You request your card and look at the reverse data of your bank card. This is precisely why identity cloning or credit cards originate, which is prohibited, if you comment or not!

No vayan

The place has an excellent sea view for a low price, that's all. It doesn't have the amenities of a hotel because it's condominiums, that's all. But the hygiene of the place leaves much to be desired, in the room there were cockroaches por doquier and in the bar area the instruments were dirty.

It's not a hotel, it's a condominium.

When I arrived they gave me dirty room with a bunch of garbage in the room and they didn’t apologised until I requested for another room and the room doesn’t have wifi which in hotel says it does have wifi but the best things about the hotel is the access to beachfront and the pool
