The accommodation is fine, you can order the booking at Walmart and get it, the common areas are not well maintained, there are no mosaics in the pool. Shade in the pool and water is fine. A female employee cheated us, rented us an umbrella and they borrowed them by leaving a deposit, in general it is comfortable and families with children enjoying themselves in the pool are at the beach with no crowds, it is very comfortable even if it is not so expensive. You can walk to the schools and although not many taxis pass, Didi serves well there 80 pesos per trip on average in summer 2023.

It's a good hotel, but it doesn't have a pool, it only has one pool and often doesn't, the only thing that can be saved is that it's a beachside although it's expensive compared to that and you don't even get a bottle of water.

It has a good menu of seafood and meat, in addition to an excellent view of Miramar Beach, a very good choice for business meals or family plans, on weekends there are packages that allow the use of the facilities without the need for accommodation.

Personnel is very rude. The place is crap. Roomservice is well below standard. Rooms are weirdly arranged. Cleaning service is non existent. EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS REALLY REALLY HORRIBLE.  PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE.

Horrible experience

The facilities are spacious, the furniture is nice but there are no amenities. It has a pool and beach, but there are no tables or where to stay if you choose by the sea. The room is very expensive for what they offer. Although we already booked well in advance, we were not delivered on time.

Well, but not very good.

There are thirty villas by the sea and around a swimming pool, spacious rooms, two double beds and a dining room with kitchen, if you ask for it in time you can borrow an asphalt, air conditioning works well but the water in the sink is very low pressure and you have to talk to the reception to get warm.

The villas are very good, the noise is fatal.

Our experience in the villas was incredible, these belong to private individuals but can be rented out of the hotel's hands, its beautiful, recently remodeled, fully air-conditioned and super-amplified, my family and I had a great time in the villa doña Bertha with 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, dining room, integrated kitchen!
