1ra. we booked for two nights in Booking and on the day of arrival the hotel cancelled the booking. our flight arrived at 8 pm and we checked-in ahead of our arrival via a special request which was accepted and confirmed on the platform but ignored, fortunately they had a free room and we stayed there that night, the theme being that before my flight I marked the hotel to confirm my arrival but the receptionist changed shift and didn't pass the booking, which I don't understand why if everything is done by booking it doesn't seem to make the booking of this platform valid, this as far as the arrival incident is concerned; referring to the facilities was a terrible decision, it was a bad decision, it was a bad decision, it was a bad decision, it was a noisy, it was a bad decision, it was a bad decision, it was a bad decision, it was a bad decision, it was a bad decision, it was a bad decision, it was a bad decision, it was a bad decision, it was a bad decision, it was a bad decision, it was a bad decision, and there was an impossible place to

DO NOT stay here under any circumstance. These clowns asked for a ‘bank transfer’ before 6pm on the day of my 3 night stay (a Sunday) otherwise my room would be cancelled (hotel policy apparently) despite reserving it with a credit card on booking.com.  When I told them that being a foreigner I don’t have a Mexican bank account to transfer and that an international transfer would take 2-3 days anyway they still insisted and threatened to cancel my room. I would not trust them with any bank or card details at all. Poor customer service and bad attitude.

Without a doubt my favorite hotel. Excellent location. Affordable prices. Safe, reliable and discreet. A small but grand hotel in comfort and convenience. It has everything for me. I highly recommend it.

Hotel six is the worst option.

El Hotel Six is a very good option for staying when you visit Guadalajara, an excellent location that allows you to access the city's attractions, the staff is very friendly and they strive to warmly serve the guests.

A very good option in Guadalajara

Attention has been very poor since the reception, when ordering the supposed breakfast I asked for some eggs to taste and the literal reply was this To see if the kitchen wants to do it because the lady is so special They gave me what they wanted and every time I ordered something I started feeling sorry to do it It's uncomfortable to be there and there's a lot of noise and I would never go back.

Psimo is the name of the game.

The hotel is very well located you can walk to the center and is very close to Chapultepec. In terms of cleanliness it is very good and the room is in perfect condition and comfortable. The truth is that all the noise of the street is heard in the rooms and even though there is a bar practically across the street so the nights are quite noisy is inevitable and you don't get a good rest for it. Breakfast is included but takes up to an hour to prepare a simple scrambled eggs and don't specify what applies and what doesn't, so if you're going to take advantage of this service take precautions.

Good location but very noisy!

In general good care from the staff. Clean, spacious and clean room. They are not very clear on the question of breakfast included and take a long time to serve. Something negative is that there is a lot of noise in the hotel. As for the location, it is very good, since it is super close to the center, chapultepec, etc.

The room felt enclosed even though it had a window, it was small and one of the doors in the drawer was missing, so when you bathed, the bathroom was very thin (basically it wasn't a vault) and we were never given the internet password.At the reception we were told that we were entitled to breakfast in the morning, which was fine because the room seemed a little expensive (1160 per night).But breakfast was the biggest disappointment of our stay at the hotel, it was just bread and coffee.
