Great location in the heart of the gay district, and close to major tourist attractions. Our bathroom is in the corner of the bedroom, not a separate room. Can use kitchen to escape the monotony of Mexican food.  Wal-Mart only 20 min. walk away. Cheap. 

Good location

It's a clean hotel, cheap but with its limitations. It doesn't have a restaurant but there are many places to eat nearby. The bathroom door is not closed. The attention of the staff is excellent. I felt bad at dawn and although it was almost 4 in the morning the manager left me two pills in my room.

Experience in the postal service

I've been with them every time I travel to Guadalajara, it's an excellent place, the attention makes you feel at home, the place is super clean, totally recommended, the area is safe, the rooms are spacious, in an exceptional area.

The best option 

I can say that the place is nice (a house adapted for accommodation) quite clean, rooms AMPLIAS, quiet, located in the historic center, the receptionist of the most friendly and the price is economical, for all this would give her a good rating, only that it has one but: the bathroom is shared; and I know that it is not a big problem, the detail was that I got my stomach locked that night and needed to go to the bathroom, I was in room 105 and to get to the bathroom or climbed stairs or walkways 47 steps to get out to the bathroom that is on the terrace... obviously it is not the responsibility of the hotel to have me sick, but if they had the bathrooms another rating would give them.

Private rooms, but shared bathrooms.

Quite reasonable price (425 double ocp) excellent location in it Centre (all near) friendly treatment, staff always willing to help and support, clean and with all the basic services (wi-fi included at no extra cost).

This is an excellent option.

We stayed in Room 113, probably one of the best rooms since we were the only guests paying for private accommodation (they also have rooms with shared bath). And there were only one or two other guests staying at the hotel. Our reservation through booking.com stated a “king room” but our room had a double bed plus a single. The bed was firm but comfortable. The room was very clean, although we saw three cockroaches (cucarachas) scurry across the floor the first morning, but none after that. To get hot water, you have to run the water for a while, then it gets very hot and you have to add cold water to make it bearable. The water pressure is very low: good enough for a shower,but sometimes we had to fill a bucket of water to make the toilet flush properly. Low wattage eco lightbulbs are used throughout, so it was difficult to read since there was no reading lamp. Wi fi connection was good in this room. The signal would sometimes be dropped just for a minute or two. The room was nice and large, with a good size bathroom and shower. There’s no air conditioning, but with the window and the patio door open, there’s  a great cross-breeze, as well as a floor fan to stay cool. The hotel has a kitchen with basic amenities make a snack or a light meal. They also have a place to do hand wash. 
We liked the terrace outside our door, where there was a table and chairs to sit outside. We didn’t watch TV but to make it work you had to hold the remote right next to the box. The night desk clerk, Manual, was very helpful. We paid $M395/night during the off season which seemed like good value. It’s a budget hotel so you get what you pay for.

Budget accommodation: big rooms and nice terrace

Hotel tres well located about ten minutes from the cathedral and Guadalajara Square. Quality report price at the top for me. Perfect home and useful staff and patient with my limited Spanish; reception open 24 hours a day. I had a large room on the ground floor; the bedding was good and I had a shower, a wall closet and a flat screen TV; the wifi is correct throughout the establishment. Access to the hotel is through a forged iron door opened by the receptionist (three safe) so the neighborhood seemed to me on. So the only advice I give for choosing the rooms is to avoid all those at the door level because you will also be in the living room and the sound of the TVs will also come from the reception area;

It's a nice hotel near the historic center.

It is in the city center, its prices are quite affordable. personal discreet and friendly. you can walk to the center and take the touribus. the truth is i just went to sleep. usually returned early. nightlife is not my thing.

good and cheap.

We are a mature couple and we have stayed here for two months.
The location is excellent, with a 5 minute walk to the central pedestrian core.
The hotel has a locked entrance and  is very secure.
Staff are very friendly and helpful (and patient with our poor Spanish).
Rooms are well appointed and very clean.
WiFi is excellent. There is good access in all areas of the hotel.
The hot water is reliable (although it takes a few minutes to run hot).
The kitchen is well equipped, and kept clean and organized by the staff.

Excellent value

This accommodation is very centrally located. There are plenty of dining options, bars, shopping in the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the rooms had very thin walls and the door didn't really lock. The Possada has a nice courtyard, as well as a nice terrace. For the price, the accommodation is basically but OK.
