Its facilities are somewhat old, but within the price, comfortable, the WiFi is somewhat weak (or zero) if you are far from the reception, I recommend that you have a good data plan if you want to be connected. They have cable TV, sometimes the signal looks somewhat weak, but it is not something that is disturbing. The bathroom of a room is impractical; small and without separation, so if you are travelling accompanied, there will be disadvantages if one is going and someone else wants to enter because the toilet and the toilet are together, without division.

The hotel is simple, with an excellent location, which, of course, has its details by the old days but its areas are very clean. But there is one small detail, the receptionist had a terrible service and attention to us. On one occasion we entered the hotel, gave us the key and entered the room, it took less than 3 minutes and I marched to our room to lift the false impression that we had put the safety on the main door being very rude and arrogant by stating that we had done it and that we had not been with our clowns and games. We immediately ran to clear up the misunderstanding and with the same attitude I said that one of us had been moving. The hotel is something, the doors are also, the doors are locked and the old ones are also. It was clear that the main receptionist is also failing. So that it has been possible that a girl has been sent back to the hotel, but it is always recommended that she should not be sent to the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel on the weekend of November 26th to 28th, to attend the FIL. Reserved with some concern because of the criticism I had read here, but as I could not find accommodation near the Expo and this hotel was fit for my budget, I decided to take a risk. My experience was very good. The staff care is excellent. My room is very clean. The hot water always worked well. The wifi also worked perfectly. There is no air conditioning, but I would not expect this comfort in a hotel for the price I paid. In my case, since I was traveling alone, I felt very good about the control to enter the hotel. My room had a balcony and it was quite crowded, but it was not a big problem for me to stay here.

Nice, clean budget hotel in an excellent area. Get a room with a balcony overlooking the street, a little noisy but it quiets up after 10. No ac so I wouldn't recommend it for the hot months and it takes forever to get hot water. This place us not for the pampered but a real taste of Guadalajara and I enjoyed it.
