Alot of construction going on   Hotel ok room clean but no refrigerator or comfortable bed    Very clean room and Ilove the door alarm when is not complete closed   It need to have assigned place for party items like chairs tables etc. All ober hotel you ser chairs and party stuff. 

XV party

It's a large hotel, but, in my experience, well maintained. Its breakfast restaurant seems to have local prestige, if you like Mexican food for breakfast, it's the right place. It's not new, so some things won't be on the same level, but it's functional. The room is spacious, clean and quiet, something that's appreciated during trips. The elevator needs an accepted one, and if we add several to its use, it gets to do insufficiently.

A taste of what it is.

I stayed one night, the restaurant on one side Bennigans, very nice and easily accessible. The rooms on one side are very spacious, not the ones on the other. The hotel is not very old but is clean and well located.

A comfortable hotel for a night stay.

It's an old hotel, it smells ugly and it's very dirty. The cleaning service in the rooms is terrible, I found everything: rotten glass, chetos, hair, etc. The sink and the toilet keys have mold. They don't have ice service and the cooling machine doesn't cool. The elevator is very sloppy with cables outside. When you order service in a restaurant room, don't let people pass by without warning, everyone passes by without any control. Once we hired services for a breakfast with directors and the food was burned and they offered no excuses or anything.

It's always dirty.

I went to a business conference held in "Verona" (a small private venue in the hotel). The attention the staff gave was good. Mr. Pacheco from cleaning returned my laptop after I left it behind. Its a place you can trust.

The hotel is good with all the services, the rooms are spacious, the staff service is very friendly and attentive, the hotel restaurant is very good, the food is very rich and the staff very attentive, the only thing to improve would be the subject of some possible light failure without having a light plant or fans which guarantees safe heat if you are going in a hot season,

Stage of work

I'm on a bicycling vacation and I hit a day of strong cold winds. So although I wanted to bicycle farther I started looking for a hotel as soon as I crossed the border at Brownsville. I wasn't on interstate 69. I walked my bicycle over the bridge at Elizabeth St and International Boulevard. I followed the route on the other side (Rte 101). After five miles on the right I saw the Residential Inn and Suites. The weekend rate was $55 including breakfast and a complimentary drink next door at Bennigan's. Everything is clean. There is a pool and a gym. The young lady at the desk was so kind as I tried to request a room in Spanish. She replied with a smile in perfect unaccented English, "So you want a room for the night". I like this place. I recommend it. There isn't anything of interest nearby it's just a good place to rest before you push on the next day for your next destination.
