ATTENTION PROSTITUTION!! At first everything seems fine: ideally placed, the rooms are modern and comfortable, the prices are very affordable.... This sounds too good to be true, and indeed there is an eel under the rock! The night before we discover the hidden face of this hotel: it is a high point of Mexican prostitution. Expect round-trip calls every 20 minutes punctuated by cries (a sign of passing from one client to another), unseen pleasures of imagination, music all night long... So the worst thing is that they were taking children into their institution! After a first night of acting we were asked to investigate a prostitution room (which was not far from the hotel's main hall) so clearly that the director of the hotel was not going to open the door to the receptionist, and we could not even hear the full picture of the prostitution!

I'm not going to tell you what to do.

The hotel is just two blocks from San Antonio Abad station (metro line 2).From that metro station it is only one more trip to get to the Historic Center (Pino Suárez station) and two to the Zócalo.While the hotel area is not at all tourist and can have its downsides mainly at night, the price paid is very good for a spacious room, with a large bed and good cleaning.I chose this accommodation option because of its proximity to the Bus Terminal (TAPO), as I had to take a night bus and wanted to avoid traveling from somewhere further away from the city.Because, not spending the night in the hotel, but only the day resting.You didn't seem to me noisy but noisy during the day, I can't oppose the level of noise there.This is a problem if you can book a night trip for a week or so.This is a great place to stay for a week with no reservations for Saturdays or weekends.

 Economical, spacious and relatively close to the center.

When the staff arrived at the hotel, the staff did not disinfect the suitcases. The elevator was damaged for a few days. In the room, there was a lot of hair on the floor and on the curtains. The window lock was damaged, so it cost a little to secure it. None of the objects inside the room indicated to have been sanitized. There is no air conditioning, but the windows have very good airflow and the curtains allow to control the lighting and privacy. Some artificial lighting inside the room is also good. The shower has no door, so the bathroom, all the water floods the floor and the bathroom, and the bathrooms were filled. Toilets were on the routes, and some of the bathrooms were very badly damaged.

Avoid this hotel on Fridays and Saturdays.

The service was excellent, Yolanda Flores and David Callejas attended to us very well, they were aware of our requirements, the food was very rich, the waffles delighted us.

Breakfast buffet Café Ciudad de México is also available.

We arrived at 7am from Brazil, a long trip, we just needed to go to bed, we were told that until 3pm, we decided to sleep in the lobby for a while, we were not allowed to sleep, we asked for a room for about 3 or 4 times, we were asked to pay 320 more to enter earlier, I paid for the room 480, we recharged more than half the total value. Whoever attended us was in charge of the terrible care of that blonde girl. But a grand hotel, a hotel of choice. No I recommend it. And to finish in the room there was no toilet paper!!

Terrible attendance from staff.

Very central, very large and comfortable bed, nice bathroom and good watering, almost no power plugs, has air conditioning and parking.WiFi (you have to ask for the key). The bad part of the staff, the reception have bad attitudes and bad manners, lack of education and training. At night the area is half dangerous.Comfortable to sleep, by the way, the internet fee is not what they charge, depending on taxes and fees and for being on the weekend...

Well-placed, clean but poorly staffed!

It looks like a good hotel but it's not. There are cockroaches in the rooms (but several) and it's pretty dirty. It's in a dangerous neighborhood and with prostitutes at the door. It's a picnic hotel, but from a simple view it doesn't look like it. The regular reception staff, but the restaurant's lousy! A M**A breakfast with the dirty utensils. The only nice thing is the concierge/button. A lovely guy. Really, no vayas.

Oh, my gosh!

Spectacular cruise along the Amazon River; fishing for piranhas, swimming with pink dolphins, visiting indigenous villages, visiting a rubber farm; dawn over the river; encounters of the waters in front of Manaus.

 Crucero río Amazonas is a river that flows through the Amazon.

Booked via booking.com for 35$C a night..great deal. Hotel is fairly new, bland looking lobby with high security glass separating client from clerks. 

Room was farily clean with king , lcd tv with mainly spanish channels, clean bathroom with separate loo and shower. However, the remote control is screwed to the wall close to the bed, so ackward to change channels.

No gym or pool. Breakfast is included, very simple offerings. Food at restaurants is decent and inexpensive.Had a club sandwich for about 5$.

Area did not feel unsafe, but there are streetwalker closeby...just ignore them. Plenty of food options nearby.

Good clean hotel close to subway

I arrived early in the morning, very tired, and they were delayed in giving me the room, even though I was informed of my arrival time when I made the online reservation. A bad time and the staff have greatly impaired their attention. Quite displicent and unrecursive. Unfortunately, I think I no longer recommend them as much as before.
