Small, simple hotel in a central location in San Pancho, just a couple of blocks from the beach. No hotel amenities really, it's just a few rooms on the second floor of a building. Each room has direct access from the outside. Each room seems to have a different decor and configuration. Rooms are clean and modern, with TV's, air conditioning, etc. Very handy location. Nice little hotel! The only thing to be aware of is that there is street noise, especially from rooms at the front. Especially music from the restaurants on the street corner outside (Saturday nights in particular). They also seem to be building an addition next door so there is some noise from that as well.

Small simple hotel but good location, clean, modern

It's a quiet place with nine bedrooms with all the amenities for its guests, a large living area with hammocks to rest and, above all, a personal service.

Comfortable and well priced.

Our room at Hotelito Mar Azul was surprisingly spacious with a comfortable king-sized bed, a well-placed television, chest of drawers, and a separate shower.   The room was maintained well and very clean, and no noise was heard from adjacent rooms.   The outside courtyard was charming with pretty multi-colored hammocks and a table for sitting to have a snack.   Best of all, Esther, the owner, was very welcoming and helpful to suggest the best restaurants in the pueblo.   We'd definitely return to this small hotel for more than one night the next time.

Clean, friendly place to stay!

It was just what I was looking for in my short stay in San Pancho, a comfortable, clean, safe and affordable room.The only disadvantages are that the rooms are a little dark and it is a little far from the beach (although San Pancho is small).The owner's attention is very warm and friendly.

Close to the Circo de Los Niños, on the avenue Tercer Mundo Small establishment, 5 or 6 rooms Well-accepted room, rest guaranteed, with almost all the services of a much more expensive hotel, awakened by the howl of many birds of all kinds in the palm trees that line the aisle to get to the room.
