All the staff are very friendly, attend to what is requested. If you observe the maintenance they have given to the facilities, it is cleaned in all areas. The rooms are spacious and very ventilated, the staff does the cleaning by leaving everything ready to take care of. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes and affordable prices like any other restaurant in the area, you can take the dishes to the palace overlooking the sea and enjoy. The clean room. They are familiar and they take care of hygiene measures. Gardens are very well arranged where you can spend a quiet time listening to the sea. The beach in front of the hotel is as long as the limest and above all not so much. No doubt I had a quiet room and if you can continue to propose that you can rent the table at the hotel that the guests can have. The rooms in the hotel can also be very clean.

If it's falling dirty, the bathroom and shower full of mushrooms, telarañas everywhere, giant cockroaches behind the bathroom mirror, without any security, the locked windows with a bunch of literal wood, the open parking lot, dirty pool, don't follow their own glasses in pool windows even though they say it's a family hotel so midnight follows the party, don't realize the amen amenity that's one on top of the receptionist, and just shake hands and tend to go to bed and pass the trapeador, no bathroom paper, definitely no regression, the hotel is falling apart, requires a lot of maintenance in the rooms and personal that de facto cleans the room, a horror.

At night there was no hot water, the only light contact in the toilet in my room had a plug plugged in, which made it useless and dangerous. The beds were uncomfortable, the mattress was very thin, the sheets had red patches (which never changed during my stay), we ran out of toilet paper because when we assumed cleaning they didn't even put an extra scroll, the window of the mid-room was open, it was locked with a broomstick (LITERAL), lizards in the room, as soon as I lit the corrían in the parked water.

The hotel is located on the Costa Esmeralda in Playa Oriente, 8.8km (10min) from Casitas, arriving from Puebla and passing through Perote the tour lasts 4 hours with moderate traffic since there is a curved area passing through Atzalan where one can stay for trailers that are in the area, it is also located 1 hour and a half from the archaeological area El Tajin which is recommended to visit if you have time to return. He went three times and the attention has improved significantly. It has its beach space (although it is free) pool and chalet (although it is a good time to stay in a jacuzzi). There are rooms with air conditioning and a few rooms at a low cost so ask or allocate the beaches that you want. There are beaches with a limited amount of water that you can call a hotel. There are two large spaces with a lot of amenities, but the hotel can be seen at a very low cost, as well as the cost of living on the highway and the cost of living in the city.

Staying away from crowds

Last January, we had to travel to the Costa Esmeralda and went to this hotel on recommendation, entrance commented that they had a new administration and that they would try to treat us as best as possible. In fact, it was a very grateful stay, with warm and friendly treatment. The hotel has recently been painted and all the clothes and furnishings of the rooms that we have been touched are new. If it has the advantage of being very close to the Tajín and the famous mangrove houses, we have touched a bit of cold weather but it is natural since it is winter, however, there were two very pleasant days, the swimming pool is very clean and the area for children with good maintenance.

The New Administration is coming.

Apart from the dirty and sloppy suites, they don't have air conditioning, the jacuzzi doesn't work, deplorable!

The worst of it!!!!!

This hotel is a trap. First of all, the 3 rooms they offered to us had the windows broken and the door could easily be open. So no security at all. We changed for the second room and once we opened the water in the sink the connecting tube felt down and the smell was horrible to stay in. We changed again and the third room had a leak coming from the roof that the staff described as just "humidity"! I had a similar experience before where the roof felt down and injured people. So we chose to leave and asked for a refund of the cash paid. None of the staff could offer an answer or even an apology about all this mess or the money back. We went there twice and they had only excuses about to not be able to get in touch with the owner/manager or anyone responsible. In the end we lost our money and we had to go to another hotel in the middle of the night. I do NOT recommend Puerto Cangrejo to my worst enemy.

Un fraude

I stayed 2 hours in this place, the service is terrible, the rooms are of terrible quality as the building is falling, they showed me 4 rooms and the 4 had some serious malfunction.Plumbing problems, a room that was draining after a toilet pipe fell, another room that lacked a glass vent that was next to the door handle facilitating entry for anyone, there is no sense of security, the staff is unstable from all losses. Getting a refund for what you did is a martyrdom, so the staff is solely responsible for making excuses and not doing anything.. this hotel is a real fraud. I do not recommend it to anyone!!

Never ever..have photos!!

The area is beautiful, but the hotel is very bad. The cost-to-reward ratio is very disparate. The hotel in general is very careless. There is no hot water. The food in the restaurant is very bad. The electrical installation is in poor condition, the contacts are practically gone. There are no balconies. The people are very attentive and there are few people for the service. There are no towels for the pool and much less for the beach. There are no facilities for staying on the beach like palapas or umbrellas. The worst hotel I've been in relation to is what I pay.
