We are coming back from a family stay at the hotel. Two small negative points compared to the lack of the reception pot and our demand for rooms close to each other... But the concerns have been resolved by the team. We can remember from this week that beautiful services... A very beautiful room with a view of the wall and the pool, beautiful buffets varied, a top animation team especially Fathy, Momo and Jojo who have had a smiling and professional summer with us. We have made nice meetings especially Walid the pool manager who is very friendly and listening to us!!! during the whole stay was very professional. This is a person you can count on without failing!!! We hope that you will come back very quickly to this beautiful hotel, because it is a good quality hotel, and it is a good restaurant that we can recommend to you!!

Family travel

We were all enthusiastic about this hotel. The rooms are large and clean, the location is perfect. (direct location by the sea, private beach area for hotel guests) The buffet and the Moroccan restaurant offer plenty of choice for all tastes. Every night there is another Special Everything very delicious 😋 The staff of this hotel are all very friendly and helpful. Even a nice birthday surprise was prepared by the hotel 👍 For sports enthusiasts there is beach volleyball, tennis, table tennis and a sports room. One thing Manko: WLAN does not work properly in all areas. All in all we had a wonderful week here. We would love to come back!

Thank you to all the staff at the Iberostar founty beach for their kindness, friendliness, professionalism the hotel is remarkably clean, the scenery is beautiful, the restaurant offers a variety of dishes as for the spa thank you ladies for the care provided and adapted according to my small temporary problem, there is also hygiene at the top, very professional staff and quality care provided it is the second stay in this hotel and I can't wait to come back next year.ch 1261 stay from 18 to 25/5

dreaming stay

Beautiful oceanfront structure, beautiful and spacious clean rooms, swimming pools and green areas neatly detailed and everything extremely clean, very nice and prepared staff, stratospheric buffet with an infinite variety of dishes, beautiful beach with a nice drawer and clean and ordered umbrellas, little treatments like the buffet welcome committee or fruit juices served directly under the umbrella and without any requests, which make you feel cuddly.

5 days of leave

While staying from 11 to 19 May 2019 I can only congratulate all the staff for their kindness and availability and this whatever the service, with a special mention for the entertainment team Amina (from mamita) and Jo who deserves to be titled after her internship. This hotel is very clean despite the number of holidaymakers, the buffet is varied there is for all tastes and the rest of the pool is very good for the lunch break. Thanks to the great availability of bartenders.

A Refuge of Kindness

My mother offered us a stay in this hotel where we were able to fully connect. We enjoyed the food, the room, the staff, the environment... BREF PERFECT. This is our first time going to Morocco and going to a hotel, and we are not ready to forget this wonderful gift from my mother and this stay.

A family vacation unforgettable

A room with a sea view on top, a very good buffet, a perfect hotel... nothing to say except that the wifi doesn't work perfectly but it's still usable.

It's perfect.

After a lot of research and reading reviews we booked this hotel with our friends as we we both were celebrating our wedding anniversaries. We also emailed the hotel to let them know and also that one couple were vegetarian. We mentioned this on arrival but it felt that no notice was taken. We were shown to our room by the porter and no one explained the amenities of the hotel. We had to find this out our selves. The staff both poolside and the restaurants were very friendly and helpful. The buffet was limited especially for the vegetarian, it was virtually the same every day. However as we were allowed one meal in the Moroccan restaurant, we had this and it was excellent. Housekeeping is not much to be desired. Day one no body lotion of body wash. We requested this one was put in our room. The next day we were left one body wash and our friends none. Again the frustration of requesting this. This happened every day. It felt like the toiletries were being rationed. 
We changed sterling at the front desk to go to the town. On our return we wanted exchange the money back to sterling, however Khaoula on the front that this is only possible at the airport. We went back to the front desk later the front desk attended exchanged the money to sterling and euros for us without any fuss. 
Improve the housekeeping and the message from the front desk then this would be an excellent place. 

Friendly but a bit disappointing 

Just sat at Agadir airport after a very relaxing week at the Iberostar. Maybe one of the best all inclusive hotels we have stayed at. The staff are all very friendly especially the entertainment team. Food is plentiful and yes gets a bit repetitive after a few days  but the Al a Carte meal was nice for a change. 
The room was large and had a nice view over looking the pool and cleaned every day with clean towels on request.
Yes it was well worth the money for the stay but I would point out that the English are in the minority at this hotel and a Polish travel company use it so one or two large groups who can seem to take over the place. The weather can be effected by the temperature inland and we have 4 days of cloud during our week but still warm to me but others went round in fleece coats!!!!!
It was my birthday when I was away and without any asking they did a nice room decoration and a free bottle of fizz.
Overall a very relaxing staff and I would recommend the hotel.

Very nice stay friendly staff

Just back today. This hotel is stunning, very clean. Food is fab, with loads of choice.  All staff were amazing, attentive, hard working & the dancers were fab. Just a shame it was cloudy every day while we were away!!
