Dar Tahra is an excellent place with friendly atmosphere. I lived there during my 2,5 month stay in Morocco. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay for a longer period in Casablanca.

Luxurious surroundings, beautiful grounds and a gracious hostess. Honestly one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. Our room was a king with two sofa/day beds that converted to twins for our kids. Bathroom was amazing, domed ceiling with columns. Hostess made us a travel breakfast due to our early AM flight. I would not hesitate to stay again. French and English spoken...

Wonderful Luxury Stay Close to "Metro" and walking distance to big grocery store

The owner is nice. Very good breakfast. Very close to the tramstation. The house is located in a very quiet residential area.  You have to call restaurants for them to deliver, no restaurant close by. Finding a taxi in the evening can take a bit of time even if you will eventually come across one. 
I found the place very isolated so not in a neighbourhood where I would feel comfortable to walk back alone at night. If you are looking for a quiet place in the busy city of Casablanca...why not. The room had a lovely balcony. Hot water and a good shower...the bathroom had a leak in the roof but it was not particularly bothersome as everything else was in good working order! However if you have small kids..can be a problem. The bedding was clean and the bed was good. You could hear the traffic light announcement from the street all night though...I was too tired so it didn't bother me but for light sleepers could be an issue.

Far from everything...

I've been to this hotel twice, and in all cases I've been treated greatly, the rooms are large, and the care and service are very good, and the price ratio is highly recommended, so you can book directly.

A very cozy, clean hotel with very spacious rooms.

This is a perfect way to take a few relaxing days in Morocco. The home is located in a residential area a block from the tram and easy access from the airport. I arrived several days before my trip began and this was the perfect way to begin my visit to Morocco. The host family is delightful and gave me very helpful information. I visited the local hamman the family uses. Actually went twice. It was not fancy, but very good introduction to a real Moroccan Hamman. I can't say enough about the care and information the B&B family shared. They actually drove me around and showed the French art deco buildings then dropped me off to visit the Hassan II Masque and returned to drive me home.

Dar Tahra is the place to escape from Casablanca hustle bustle.  The room was very clean and comfortable beds for a wonderful night sleep!  Enjoyed a delicious breakfast on the porch overlooking the pool....what better way to stay the day!  Easy access from the airport and DT on Casa Tramway.  Thank you for the helpful hints and stay!

Looking for peace and quiet?

We stayed as a family for 15 days in this wonderful guest room, full of charm and human warmth, and the housewives took little care of us, our suite was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the garden and pool were very pleasant.

It's a great stay in Dar-Tahara.

A beautiful Moroccan house in the heart of a quiet and cool garden with a pool, sheltered from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. The tram, just on foot, leaves the medina in 20' (30' by small taxi in traffic and pollution). The hospitality and availability are rare kindness. The rooms are lovely and extremely comfortable. We will return to Tahra with the greatest pleasure.

Formidable

Very friendly staff, everyone smiles and asks what can be useful. Tasteful and beautifully served breakfast, good rooms in Moroccan style. The car can be parked on the street opposite the hotel, there are cameras. There is a large supermarket nearby, McDuck. There is also a tram stop nearby, which is convenient to go to the city center. The location of the hotel is convenient if you don't want to drive far from the airport.

Two steps from the tram stop until you get to the city centre, you have time to admire the city. The trip is not at all stressful. The setting of this cozy house (because the word hotel is not suitable for this home location) is thought out to the smallest detail. Everything tells you that you are in Morocco. It's wonderful, cozy, quiet, delightful. Simple but delicious breakfasts. An excellent bed. An eastern-style bathroom with a great big bathroom, very romantic. A remarkable, friendly hostess. On request - a delicious dinner right in the room. A closed courtyard, a small swimming pool and a remarkable garden. My husband and I enjoyed this place very much.
