The food was amazing , good quality and prices !!
The waiters were very polite , there are a lot of different plates in the menu typical from Morocco !! I highly recommend it !! we really love the pastilla with chicken 

Good if the restaurant 

30. Bring anniversary trip has been booked months in advance and organised transfers from the airport to the hotel and on our 30 anniversary, a hot air balloon ride over the atlas mountains at sunrise.
Transfers from the airport to the hotel, went extremely well, the driver was extremely pleasant . Drop off was a little bit nerve wracking as you had to walk the last 300 m up a side street to the hotel. A member of staff did come down to collect us, but shot off. 
Hotel was slightly rundown and the photos that are on their website must be from when the hotel was fairly new . We had to change our room as the first room had no windows and was very claustrophobic. Rooms are quite basic no smoke detectors and no shower holder, so you have to hold the shower in your hand. The bedding was clean. We booked an evening meal at the hotel on our first evening. The dining room was quite chilly and the waiter could not get the patio heater to work. It took about 40 minutes for the first course to come out which was cold and not very nice. The next course was about 30 minutes. My dinner was lukewarm where my wife’s was extremely nice and hot. I would not recommend eating at the hotel. 
On the morning of the hot air balloon ride we are outside at 06.25 hrs  waiting for our pick up for zero 630 at 07.19 hrs  know one had turned up spoke to reception who then advised that the manager had not booked the trip even though my wife asked the question on the Sunday afternoon had the trip been booked and confirmed and the reply was yes This was extremely upsetting and disappointing. The three swimming pools were not very nice and the water was dirty. Would not stay at this hotel again.

30th wedding anniversary

Our family stayed here after our 2 day Sahara visit.
This is located in old city area of Fes. Just like most riads in the area, it was a short walk from the main street. The riad staff helped carry our luggage. A warm welcome with tea n pastries. The interior looked like it's a palace. Service was top notch. The staff were very easy to communicate and were willing to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.  Our food was made to order. You can taste the quality and freshness in the ingredients. Menu choices include traditional Moroccan dishes. My husband had the best lamb tagine here. 
All the staff are super helpful and Youssef was excellent! I'd definitely stay here again in future. 

Services fit for a Sultan! Exceeded expectations in comfort, service and location 

Very fantastic location starting from the staff, all super cute and polite, rooms very clean spacious and equipped with all the comforts, present a terrace with a super view where inside there is the great restaurant where you can eat in addition to the traditional dishes of the place also the most international, very central position being in the Medina of Faith.

A journey to discover traditions

We found this Riad by chance, walking through the medina of Fez, we were attracted by the beautiful terrace that could be seen from the street. Once we entered we immediately noticed the well-maintained furnishings. From the terrace you enjoy a beautiful view. The food is very good and smoothies are made with fresh seasonal fruit. The cherry on the cake was to meet the owner, a fantastic person who gave us a unique and authentic experience. We will surely go back to eat in this place. I would definitely recommend it.

This Riad is by far the worst place you could ever stay at. We had unfortunate luck of staying here for 2 nights.

The biggest complaint about this Riad is that our room only had water for 2 hours a day, we weren’t able to shower, use the toilet or even brush our teeth in the mornings since our washroom had no water. When we told the person at the front desk all he said was it would be back up in 5 minutes.. not even after 5 hours did it come back. The guy at the front desk was the most rude Moroccan we had encountered, kept saying “not my problem not my problem”. This Riad has the worst hospitality and I highly recommend you save your money and stay somewhere else. No working water is a basic need and the guy kept saying “government is doing construction and has turned off the water.. then why is water working for every other room in the same Riad except our room. The guy working there did not want to admit that the water was broken in our room and kept telling us lies to justify this basic need. Shame on him and shame on this Riad. 

I would give this Riad 0 stars if I could

Riad 53 - WORST RIAD EVER

I've been on 3 different riads, and certainly the best of all, beautiful and clean, but above all the best location of everything, except for a great breakfast.

The best of fez.

Very well located in the center of the medina. Close to all the meollo but quiet at night. The rooms are huge and the bathroom is very complete. They don't speak much Castilian but you can understand one well with them. The site is recommended. The breakfast is on the very complete terrace and with incredible views.

A spectacular breakfast.

We arrived in Fes and stayed at this very pleasant Riad. Very polite staff , comfortable room and good breakfast served on the roof terrace.  Good value and easy to find. Excellent location close to lovely restaurants and medina.

Peaceful

Located inside the Medina, a few meters from the Blue Gate and very close to the restaurants, the location was very convenient, although I had to climb three floors up the stairs.
