Riad is in a great location, good price, great staff, but a few notes on the breakfast time never before 9am, too late for those who booked excursions, personal hygiene products missing, entrance only with a very annoying bell, otherwise okay.

Good price and location

We stayed here for 4 nights and had really the best time. The staff are very friendly here and genuinely we miss them. Because I had a bad knee we spent more time at the riad than we probably would have but this meant we got to speak more with the staff and it was so lovely. 

The room was spacious and clean and cool which was definitely needed in Augusys 40 plus temperatures!

Breakfast on the rooftop each morning was really tasty and mint tea too. 

It's a nice little haven at the end of the day after the hustle and bustle of busy marrakech. Plus only a short walk from the Madina. 

We would be back here again if we ever return to Morroco

Friendly, clean and safe

Good solution near the medina. Good breakfast, excellent service. Nice, characteristic and spacious room. Fabulous bed. Clean bathroom with soap, shampoo and soap. There's even a bidet!

Very pleased.

A quiet riad, with fair value and excellent service. Breakfast coffee served individually which means it's not a buffet but it's tasty and well served. Transfer was punctually waiting for me (and it was early in the morning) and that conveyed to me safety. About the location, perfect! We did everything on foot and the farthest place was the Ives Saint Laurent museum which went about 30 minutes and we took advantage to get to know more about the city. Point of improvement: the structure of the hotel is in need of improvements.

Location, attendance and morning coffee note 10!!

This place has a great location and very helpful staff. Unfortunately, it looks better in the photos so I found it a little underwhelming when we arrived. There was also a night where we cannot open our door so the staff had to destroy the locks and replace it. I believe it to be an isolated incident, but it still affected the overall experience.

Authentic Riad, exceptional situation and small dej at the top! It feels like a Marrakesh family, the guests are small and charming. The rooms are spacious and typical. There is a very nice terrace roof. A little trick to avoid paying parking to the self-proclaimed street guards whose rates vary depending on the weather or the head of the client.

A moment suspended in the heart of Medina

Featuring Riyadh, very close to the city centre and the square, spacious and comfortable rooms with clean toilets and daily cleaning of the room, friendly staff and willing to meet our needs.

It's a very nice and comfortable ride

We stayed there for two nights, and an excellent quality price ratio, the staff is top and super nice, we had booked a meal but the boss totally skipped our booking, besides apologizing he offered us an earthen Tajine as a gift, and the tea was offered by the house throughout our weekend. Breakfast is very nice. The rooms are brief but very clean and the bunk is excellent. The riad is less than 3 minutes from the souk, and there is a 24/24 parking lot right next to the riad but beware these are thieves because for tourists it's 100 dirhams while for locals it's 50.

Excellent price ratio

My cousin and I had an amazing experience. This is a family owned riad and they’re incredibly hospitable. Prime location.  The welcome tea, breakfast and hookah on the terrace, all of it was lovely. I cannot recommend this riad enough! Thank you issam and Amal for the warm hospitality!!

Magnificent 

Have you ever been on a trip where you return with glowing memories of your accomodation and its staff that equal those of the city you're visiting?
We just have. 
This riad was simply the perfect place for our 3 day stay in Marrakesh.
The owner and staff are very friendly, and the hotel/riad is authentic and comfortable; its location is also very important... just outside the medina - easily driven to by taxi and easily to find late at night on foot... this is more important than you might think as trying to find locations within the medina can be extremely difficult.
If we return to Marrakesh, there is absolutely no doubt that we will stay here again.
