This is absolutely the best place in Marrakesh. Just enough located outside of the extremely touristy city centre, however, just a 10 minute walk. The owners are super nice intelligent, entrepreneurial women, with a good amount of humor. Also the staff is extremely friendly. We are thankful for the stay and making us arrive gently in the busy but oh so beautiful Marrakesh. Thank you so much 🙏🏼. Oh and on top of that, the breakfast is also great, with a royal amount of food. This picture is btw from the rooftop.

All the workers treat you in an excellent way! good people who make you feel very upbeat all the time, with impeccable cleaning and some superb breakfasts. taxis made it easier for us and even brought us to pick up a few meters away from the dish the first day. they will not hesitate to help you with the unforeseen or needs that arise.

The riad Karim is just top. Very well located, and in a secure location not far from the royal palace. Far from the hustle and bustle of the city and at the same time accessible to all the city's monuments and tourist activities (only a few minutes' walk). The price ratio is also there. The warm welcome edt top top top top! The manager Dounya is in the minor care! She and her team are very kind and listening. We felt like home. A comfortable clean room and especially air conditioned to shelter from the outside heat. The snack is very nice. A thousand more. I highly recommend it and I will return generously ❤️

A beautiful place that makes us dream with a stunning setting. The riad and well located in the heart of Marrakech, with the charm of the traditional architecture of the country. Not to mention the hospitality of the staff, I order 1000%.

It's a beautiful place

I had the pleasure of staying in a beautiful riad in Marrakech and I am absolutely delighted with the experience. First of all, the staff were incredibly welcoming and warm when we arrived. We were treated like family throughout our stay, and nothing was too much requested. The food served was absolutely delicious and was a real feast for the senses. The breakfast was particularly memorable, with a selection of some traditional Moroccan dishes as well as Western dishes. Lastly, the location was perfect - the riad was located in a quiet and quiet street, not far from the Medina and its lively markets. All in all, I enjoyed this authentic Marrakech dining experience, a wonderful place to relax and refresh yourself in the Marrakech, and a wonderful place to relax and relax in the Marrakech.

I had two 50 euro bills in my wallet, a locked briefcase with a lock. In all my previous trips it was enough, but not this time. But on the third day of my stay, while I was around, and probably during the cleaning, I WAS BEEN DROWN IN THE CAMERA (in the true sense of the word). Avoid It at All Costs

During our stay in Riad Karim my friend and I got so sick, that we had to leave this accomodation earlier, for our health. In the night it was so freezing cold, the air condition didn´t help at all but blowing dirty air in the room and with only a thin blanket for two people. Even this single blanket had blood stains, it was disgusting. The matrace was hard like stone, that we couldn´t even move our backs in the morning (and usually we don´t have issues with our backs). We had our "room" next to the kitchen, so we got the entire smoke in our room, as they don´t have closable windows and our clothes and everything smelled like the smoke. And there were many more things which were not good. We decided to leave earlier, packed our luggage and we just wanted to go (although we were fine with paying for the whole stay). The woman from the kitchen couldn´t speak English, so she made us stay 1,5 hours, because she called the manager for discussing what the problem is. We did her the favour and waited such a long time, just for telling the manager that we want to leave right now. He came, was friendly and seemed to be very solution-focused, so he offered us staying in a better Riad from his Hotel chain, or having a dinner or getting a refund for the last night. As we already have booked another hotel, we chose the refund for the last night. We were so pleased by his behaviour because we didn´t expect anything. We agreed that I sent him an e-Mail with my PayPal-Account for the refund. This was in December, and from December until now I have sent a lot of e-Mails to Mohamed Ait Benhassan and to the whole travel consulting group, but I never got a reply to my e-Mails, not to mention that I never got the promised refund for the last night. We are quite surprised by his strange behaviour (and also by the whole company as nobody reacted at all, which is quite unprofessionell pretending to be dead), as we never asked for anything, just Mohamed keeping his promise.

Very dangerous and disappointing experience...

We have stayed for 3 nights, we were the only guest. The service was exellent, the breakfast was really nice, too. The riad is clean and calm. The rooms are small, the palce is rather for couples. The employees (enlish and french was spoken by them) took care of us with great hospitality, we even made friendship with them. The neighbourhood is the real Medina of Marrakech. It is busy, crowdy where you can get to know to the real face of the downtown (Medina). The locals are poor but they are nice and friendly (they help you, but don't give them too much money) For the first view the street is a bit scary but it is completely safe even at night.
