· The booked deluxe room was not available and I doubt that this room exists at all. The suburban room offered was worlds away from the booked room. The bathroom was a tribute & then when the cockroach ran through it it was clear why the drain was covered with cardboard. The staff were not professional and unfriendly.

Not again.

We stayed one night in this establishment, and I can tell you, it has nothing to do with a 3-star: old-fashioned room and bathroom, horrible breakfast (a little chocolate bread, a hard egg the other day and a hot drink, fresh orange juice) and air conditioning above the head, impossible to start if you don't want to wake up with headaches... and all at 45 euros, I let you imagine the price ratio!

No price ratio

Very good price/quality ratio! The hotel is very well situated. You can generally do everything on foot! The reception staff is friendly and gives good advice (restaurants for example!) We travel a lot and when I read some reviews so poor I don't understand! At this price you can't get the benefits of a carton!

Clean hotel

The rooms are so dirty! I found some work on the couch, the sheet and the pillow that contains the hair traces!!! Which proves that the maid didn't change them after the guests left. The bathroom was so dirty, the shower had hair traces!! The day after I left, the maid knocked on my door at 10:30 to ask me to check out under the pretext that it was the party and she had to finish her job early!!! What insolence!!!

Bad state of cleanliness!!!

Room nearest to the elevator. At each door opening, the noise is accompanied by tables that are pulled from tiles. There is music (Céline Dion sings) and every time the door opens, people turn on the light and the only window in the room adjacent to the elevator door. Since there is no curtain, the room is updated every night to each user of the elevator. The shower door does not close from the inside, the handle is broken.

Escape from room 106

I made my booking online, from 11 to 12 August 2018, when I arrived at the hotel at about 1:30 pm, the receptionist asked me if I had already booked, and he asked me questions to the point that I wondered if I was okay at the hotel I booked well, finally she found my booking, in short, I was forced to go to the restaurant to have lunch while they prepared my room. No reception, neither on arrival, nor on departure, the room, we say a cell, the bed is just next to toilets, a window that opens on terrace steps, no parking, apart from the staircase, I find no advantage in returning to this hotel,

Unqualified hotel

Nice hotel, the rooms are very clean and well decorated, a bathroom is included in the room. The bathrooms are large and also clean. Quality/price ratio very good. Hotel position, right next to the medina. The receptionist is very kind. The breakfast was very good, with panoramic sea views! Magnificent!

Very good hotel.

It's a nice place in Safi located in front of an old monument. the quality of the bed is good and the rooms are ok. it's above average for what safi has to offer. I would recommend this place for people passing by and are looking for a confortable place to stay.

Secure and Safe place in Safi

We spent one night at the end of January 2018. The stop was not planned, we were trying to reach Essaouira, but did not want to drive in the dark. This hotel served our purpose of “stop for the night” although he did not differentiate himself for the superb quality of the food. The restaurant of the fifth floor is decent, but we had to wait a long time both for dinner and breakfast. Sick and tired of tajines we had a go for the pizza, but soon regretted our decision. Warm water was available but the AC was quite loud. The shower in the middle of the bathroom automatically resulted in wet toilet and floor, obviously unpleasant. The reception staff was good, helped us find the right parking for the night and allowed us to change room when we understood we had room-neighbours with a loud crying baby 

Decent place for a quick stop, improvements are possible, in particular in the restaurant
