Pros: Cheap but it needs to be.
Beds ok, quiet and secure. I slept of.
Con: noisy plumbing, very very tired bathroom and rooms. Nothing nearby and restaurant was closed. Very basic breakfast.

One night stop over

We had been taken to this address instead of the hotel we had meant to be staying. The woman behind the desk said it was the right place as I questioned it. She had taken the reservation and said yes and our names and Booking. Com, it was late afternoon and needed something to eat, we went to our room and went back down to say we felt we had been dropped at the wrong hotel! she said no and checked the reservation I told her there was nothing in the motel that had been advertised so we walked around the grounds to have a look. The motel was dirty and run down with things broken. Then went back and my partner said again he don't think this was right there was no kettle as advised, she replied well you can go to the café. We went to our room and checked the website after going out for something to eat, my partner received an email from the address we had on the reservations and said they would come pick us up, from just around the corner. By this time the lady had gone home and the man behind the desk didn't speak English. He got the lady on the phone she was insisting we pay the full night for the room we told the man she was a wear the address was wrong she told us it was right from Booking .com and we were in the correct place. The man stopped talking to me and was now only talking to the man from the correct accommodation in French. We had become very tired and needed to rest I said my partner id disabled and we would sort it out with Booking .com but he insisted he needed the money now, this was appalling behaviour and our host feel responsible as my phone had not worked at the airport for him to collect us we ordered a taxi that must have got the wrong address? The woman in the accommodation then had taken advantage ,but this is the ugly face of Morocco The family we stayed with, introduced us to a Morocco with Great people. There was no water in the pool at the RIbis and it is deep, if you came around at night and fell in you would be hurt, the room was dirty and furniture, shower curtain was broken. no tea making such as a kettle in the room. The room was a good size and the bed felt good.

Wrong place

Stayed with my children no food staff very rude. Dirty condom left in thé hotel from someone else.
Absolute not recommande.

If your looking for cheap hotel with pool dont take this one pool was dirty very dirty.
Lady at réception abdolute disrectfull.

Worst place ever!!

Hotel well located, 10 minutes even from Almassira Agadir airport and 15 minutes from Agadir marina, welcoming staff with smiling rates you can never find on Agadir and regions. The rooms are spacious, clean with a mini bar and flat screen, air conditioning, and Wifi with excellent flow rate and very spacious parking I want to thank Mrs Meryem the room lady and the general manager of the hotel.

I can't find a hotel like this.

It is a complex consisting of a HOTEL, party room, games, garden, swimming pool... The hotel is ideal for the last night in Morocco after making a trip to the south, as it is just over 15 minutes' drive from Aagadir Airport (about 12 km) The rooms are spacious and comfortable with good air conditioning.

Well placed and easily accessible by car, the rooms are rudimentary. The staff is very helpful and we had prepared a breakfast to take with us because we had to leave early to take the plane.

This hotel is just south of Agadir near Ait Melloul. It's 100 metres from the road so it's not noisy. There is lots of space for parking and a nice row of trees in front. The room was large and clean, the shower and toilet were fully functional, TV and fridge provided, the evening meal was extra but good and reasonably priced. Can't comment on the breakfast that was offered as I was birding already by then so didn't partake. Didn't have time to swim so can't comment on the pool either but it looks nice. The staff was friendly and helpful especially the woman and the girl I mainly interacted with (both very nice and whose names I unfortunately forgot - not familiar enough with Moroccan names). For instance, I left my luggage there all day even after I had already checked out in the morning, they told me to contact them if I needed help elsewhere in Morocco, etc. For the very reasonable price I paid this hotel was tops.

Great value for money

First of all, it's not a hotel but a motel, our taxi driver has barely found it. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Shocking was the condition of the rooms, there were no bed sheets but only the mattresses and blankets in raw condition, a gray. The cables in the bathroom were all rusty, we waived the morning shower. The fruit floor was fine, but the pressure on the seats was very dirty. The pool is large but not well maintained, I would never climb into this water, there is no bed on the room but only old seats. The pool was very nice, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

A Disaster

Hotel is located differently from that place mentioned in Booking. Pls keep it in mind. It's 15 min drive from Agadir.
The room was not big but we had A/C (old model but worked properly and loud), towels, paper etc.
Bed attributes were clean and fresh. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool is big and rather good.
Breakfast is rather poor but it was enough to start your day.
If you try to find the place where to sleep 1-3 nights for low cost - you will like that hotel.

Good hotel for sleeping

The room was clean, hot water had plumbing issues, breakfast prior to early flight good and reception staff good. Basic value and at the price we were happy. However we were told there was an onsite restaurant, which is online, in their flyer sitting on desk, and what the guy at reception told us- behind the pool. The staff member behind this area was extremely rude and ignored us. After watching him make drinks etc, play on his phone and walk past us, and ignoring a polite "excusez moi" we pretty much had to jump in front of him to get any attention and he was very unhelpful and we gathered drinks only were available. We had no idea where to go for dinner at 7pm with nothing obvious in a 1km up and down the Main Street and ended up with bread and yoghurt from a kiosk.
