We went here as newbies to the Amsterdam Coffeeshop scene, so glad we did the staff are welcoming, knowledgable, and very friendly! Their products are of top quality and Also they do a very good Hot chocolate 😊

Great little Coffeeshop

For the second time, I go to the club and I'm more than satisfied with the merchandise I bought. Nothing to say. Everything is always on top. Keep going guys. So much stuff.

The top

Room was big and plenty to see on the main street from ur room. Staff are very friendly and a great chill zone out the back. People staying get discounts on drinks. The staff even made us eggs and bacon. Awesome little Ginger cat that dwaddles about and very friendly 

Great to place to stay

We arrived to be told that our booking (made in May) had been cancelled via email 2 months previous on 1st July. They showed me the email that had been sent even though I was convinced I hadn't recieved this email. They directed us to runners to find accomodation which was sorted in 10 mins and was practically opposite the Greenhouse Effect. Checked through all emails when we got home and there was no cancellation email from them in the inbox, junk or deleted. Very odd. I think a read reciept on the email would be a more efficient customer service. The reason given for the cancellation was the electricity not working.

Room Cancelled

The room was totally different than the picture. We could hardly reach the bunk bed as there were three steps broken. The room was very dirty and there were holes on the walls. When we told it to the manager, she did not give any solutions but to cope with it as "it is not that bad".
Also, it was quite hard to sleep and there was noise all night and day even at 7 am.  I have been hosted in the centre before but nothing like this.
Breakfast was okay and location is good.

Poor and dirty facilities

Me and my friend just back from here. Close to train station, trams and perfect location. After we checked in guy he was friendly told us what's what. Room is good we stayed retro room top floor we hade everything in room fridge full beds are comfy bar is good people are chilled. If I have to go back there I would stay same hotel. We was talking to Scottish woman she was nice very friendly 5* from me. 

Perfect location!

This is not a hotel to go with children, to start a conversation. The hotel is in the middle of the Redlight district, right behind the door where the girls show their little bustle (say by the way they don't show it). The Hotel is on top of a low-quality pub and breakfast is inside this bar. I don't know if it's worth it because I just went in there to check in and I didn't have the courage to go back. On the side of the bar, there's a small gate (which is usually full of people standing in front) and behind the door, the famous staircase.

For those who are willing

It's a Hotel-Bar with breakfast included.There's no elevator and you have to load the suitcases up very steep stairs.In the bar you smoke marijuana.The attention of the kids is very good and kind.The cleaning...can be cleaned up above and the beds can get to nowhere.The best is the location, as it's in the middle of a red neighborhood and despite it, you can sleep quietly, the only thing that will wake you up is the noise of the bells.

 Genial localization

Apart from the great location, the best positive point was the kindness of the staff, always very friendly and solicitous, ready to help in whatever way is needed. The hotel has a very stylish bar where the reception is located and breakfast is served including in the daily. Our room was actually an apartment located on the street next door and the only drawback was not having internet. Other than that, everything was very clean and tidy. Ah, I don't recommend for elderly people or people with mobility difficulties, because the stairs are very steep and there is no elevator. I am immensely grateful for the hotel staff who helped me get tickets to the Anne Frank House without facing queues:)

Bar and hotel

Welcome, very friendly and warm, no chichies. Some speak French but the rest they all speak English. Hotel in the middle of the Rouge district and well located. The bar, confusing at first but the staff knows how to make the atmosphere friendly quickly. Moderate price and well served. Good bed room, clean sanitary facilities. Just a small problem in the shower for the hot/cold setting. The hotel has nothing luxurious, but the managers put everything they can in it to please it positively.
