Lovely little home in the heart of Amsterdam.
Great location, everything in walking distance.
This is a family home and even so, we were made to feel very welcome and not at all intrusive.
Our room was lovely and decorated in a very traditional rustic fashion, which was very inkeeping with the property.
The room was warm and clean and had everything that we needed. We had a kettle and tea etc. and a sink in our room which was very handy. 

If you were to stay at this property, it is notable to add that if you have allergies, then I do not recommend staying here (2 dogs and 3 cats) - Also if you struggle with stairs, this may also not be the property for you, as the stair case is a steep, narrow spiral staircase so that is something to be mindful about.

I would definitely recommend and would stay again upon my return to Amsterdam.

Lovely little hotel - Great owners

Nicest B&B, with great hospitality from the current owners. Located in a nice quiet street in a busy city. This street is only “voetgangersgebied”, hence no cars or bikes allowed here. Many bars and restaurants in close vicinity.



Best B&B in Historic Amsterdam

The blue sheep is a b&b located in amsterdam, in a quiet area but close to the centre. we stayed in the largest room on the top floor (the suite). the owners are Italian, very kind and available. the only perks: - the stairs, very narrow and steep. - in the room you can not smoke (but we did it anyway).

Very nice.

We were recommended this B&B and we actually found ourselves well. We managed to secure a room with a private bathroom (the others have it in common) inside a real Dutch house. In the center, two steps from Dam Square and pedestrian streets, the B&B is run by Italians and so you also have the advantage of getting to know.

This is a house that welcomes tourist guests in the available rooms, I had never made a stay like this, but the experience was good in general, the owner is a very friendly Italian with the customers, in the morning you have breakfast in a hotel a few steps ahead always run by the owners themselves, I would definitely recommend it for stays in Amsterdam.

Good structure

Two steps from the train station, in the residential area very central to everything... fabulous, clean, refined apartments and very cozy!! Breakfast with cappuccino and homemade cakes, just like at home....the artists, all Italian, with taste and imagination give you good morning! I was with 8 friends the first time and with two friends the second time...enthusiasm was unanimous!!

There is no Amsterdam without The Blue Sheep!!!

My husband and I stayed 3 nights in one of the Blue Sheep apartments to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. The experience was definitely positive. The location is very central, a few minutes' walk from the central station, Piazza Dam and the house of Anna Frank. The apartment was really nice and furnished with everything and, after the first impact, even the steep stairs are not a problem (note that I was also reduced from a second degree distortion to an ankle, but I got it very well). When we arrived we were welcomed by Sharon, who helps with the proper functioning of the structure, and the next morning we met the fabulous Novella, who runs the Blue Sheep with professionalism and luxury.

It's perfect.

The apartment is very nice, very nice and very well located 5 minutes from the central station with all the necessary amenities, it is located in a quiet area, the apartment is very clean A 5, there was room for everyone to do it again.

On top of it!

For our first visit to Amsterdam, we opted for this Bed & Breakfast. The only drawback to this establishment is that the display showing it is a hotel establishment is represented only by a blue sheep and showing a phone number and for us from Canada we didn't have a functioning cell phone in the Netherlands and we couldn't call. The advantage of this Bed & Breakfast is that you feel at home with more very warm people. From the beginning we felt comfortable inside. This establishment is very well located and for those using the train it is very close and it is also a family town that we had chosen to stay here. This is a very nice day and the young girl had helped. We can get back to KLM and get back to KLM at least for a couple of days.

It's a wonderful stay.

There are also the independent apartments with a fully equipped kitchen and basic consumables available (tea, coffee, pepper salt, etc.); our stay was very pleasant, autonomously, in this comfortable, well-heated, very clean apartment with a view of the rooftops. The bathroom is well equipped (towels, hair dryers). Located near the train station, we went there on foot, and its location makes it easy to get to the interesting sites. On the other hand, it is recommended for anyone who has difficulty climbing stairs, because this one is very rough and very narrow. But it is with great kindness that our host offered to welcome us up and down.
