After having a very friendly and prompt conversation with this park via email, we decided to go there and rent 2  ''hike cabins' (trekkershut in Dutch) at 40€ each for 2 nights.
These huts are like wooden gazebo's with 4 single beds, a basin and fridge. Basic but enough.
The location makes this place very attractive, for me personally cause it's close to where my son lives, but for people in general : it's next to a very beautiful nature park called ''grenspark'' and/or Kalmthoutseheide. The border between Belgium/Netherlands devides this park, hence, the double name.

We had beautiful walks, cooked our own meal and din't really use the other park facilities (pool, midgetgolf, bike rental etc)

We would prolly book there again, although 40€ each  is a bit steep for the gazebo's.

Room stank of cigarette smoke.  They do not have non smoking buildings
The bath/shower was dangerous and slippery. 
Underfloor heating did not work in a large section of the floor
The sauna was usless on the top floor as the tap and shower was on the bottom floor
If you sleep downstairs and someone goes to the toilet upstairs you can hear every bowel movement
Curtains useless in stopping light coming into room

People good accommodation needs improvement

Family Park is a bad name it's too quiet!! Nothing but the green pool, and the old bowling alley after that nature is very beautiful and if you don't ride a bike or go!

It's annoying.

Familyland is a nice vacation park near Bergen op Zoom. Compared to other bungalow parks, the houses are relative large ('Karnoeltje') and quite comfortable (stone building, nice living, pleanty of bedrooms, two batrooms, sauna). Prices are average to below average (especially if you book on time). The park itself does not flourish due to activities, but everything looks nice and tidy with a swimming pool, midget golf, tourist information and restaurant. Don't expect large activities or a wide choice of restaurants.  

If you like to see a bit of the region, like a little swim and like to get together with friends and family this might be something for you. On the other hand, if you expect a large park where your kids will be entertained every day you might have to look somewhere else.

Nice location for weekend with friends and family

A small holiday week. Very quiet place, natural ambiance. Very comfortable, well equipped and clean dwelling. Heated pool and sauna in the dwelling. Pleasant restaurant and nice bowling

Stay calm

We arrived at the reception, they had no idea where our reservation was. It took them over 3 hours to find it so three hours of our vacation gone. We did not get an apology at all they just have us the key. We decided it was too late to do groceries so we decided to eat in the restaurant. It was 7 in the evening and we were told that they did not want the restaurant opened for longer for just 2 people. We could sit in the bar for friet en frilandel... 

We decided to leave the day after and after  a huge fight with a very cranky old man ( perhaps the boss, we saw him staring at a young girl and grabbing money from the counter behind the bar the day earlier) we finally got a part of the reservation back. We went to a hotel vcalled bove en benefen this was brilliant

Shame, could have been good

Familyland Hoogerheide - who also loves staying in wooden cottages, the transmitter did not get a reason, but it was not possible to get access to a lot of bedding every day. It is a bit strange: firstly, the bed linen was changed on Mondays, then on Thursdays. A conversation at the reception was about a new employee of a company customer moving into one of the houses and wanting to have new bedding. However, this transmitter did not get a reason, but it could not get access to a lot of bedding every day.
