The service was terrible. we left clothes for washing and we were told 6 soles per kg and it would be ready between 5 and 6 pm. at 6 pm we were told that it would not be until the next day and they asked us for more money. we said that we needed to take the clothes away even if it was still dirty because we had to leave the city and they didn't know where our clothes were. after all, a disaster and very poor service. they are not ashamed.

It's horrible!

Their photos published do not resemble the place it is a clean screen and the rooms are in poor condition from the door to the bed all in bad conditions no hot shower there is a lot of noise in its surroundings bathroom door damaged too.

 Deceived

I was staying with my father. We asked for a double room and the first night we were given a room with three beds with the charge of changing the next day because a larger group was arriving. Consequently, we had to move from one room to another that had not yet been designated. The next day when they were going to change us because my father is an elderly gentleman, they offered us a room without windows, without a reception, with problems with boxes and cloaks attached to the laundry room and warned us that the shower had no pressure and we had to use the ventilator before 9 pm if we wanted to stay because we didn't have to work after an hour. What we claimed was that nothing more than the advanced service of my father was reserved before our age, they offered us a single bed... they shared a single family bed with the father, without any more than the agreed price of the trip.

The photos that appear on the portal don't sound like the real ones in the hostel... We booked a room with 1 maternal bed and a private bathroom with hot water online and when we arrived we were given a room with two separate old beds, the bathroom had no hot water, the doorbell was broken, we were given a room that was literally 1 meter from the reception and we heard everything.

One hundred and seventh...

Since we arrived there was no attention and that had already been booked in advance, they only managed to register us asking for the documents a cumbersome roll, then we went to the room and it was not as they showed it on their portal with the photographs all edited very badly the worst of all there was no water to make use of the services and simply the answer was that if there was water, it was the worst hostel I went to, it was regrettable and nothing recommended badly everything.

PEST TOTAL was released.

The best thing is the location and price is ok also. The rooms have the minimum, clean, but very small. Staff is really nice, shower is hot, internet is awfully slow. The owner is intense about booking tours but can give a lot of information.

What they offer in the photos is not reality, they change the room reserved, the bathroom without cleaning, without heating, and the most impressive and unhygienic thing is that they cut off the water at 10pm.

It's the seventh one!

This was not a good experience. I booked a private ensuite through hostel bookers and paid a deposit. I arrived early to hostel by about 2 hours. They said my room would be ready at 10. I returned at 10 and the boss informed me that there wasn't actually a room available for me. She reassured me that there was a sister hostel nearby with a private ensuite, that I could take. On our way there she actually let it slip that the room was a 4 bed dorm, but reassured me that I would be the only one booked into the room and the bathroom on that floor would be exclusively for me. When we arrived it became clear that there were 2 other dorms on that floor and all would be using my alleged exclusive bathroom. I was not impressed but she said that she would drop my room rate and reassured me again that the 4 bed dorm was exclusively mine. So you can imagine my shock when I returned later that night after trekking to find someone else booked into my room!! That did not go down well. After a tense exchange they found me a private room in the original hostel (i.e. The room I originally booked) and tried to charge me an elevated price for it. I was less than impressed. I took the room but paid the hostelbookers quoted price.

Shady dealings

While I knew we were staying in a hostel, I was surprised how poor this place is in reality. From a neutral welcome, to a beyond mediocre room (although clean), to a forgettable breakfast bar, this place is not worth 50$CAD a night.
On the plus side: warm water for shower, daily room cleaning, good location in centro historico de Cusco, descent bed.
Needs to improve: welcome process, decor, breakfast, atmosphere,  service overall, Wi-Fi connectivity, lighting...
Basically, if you are a regular backpacker and used to hostels, you have probably seen worse and better. If you are used to hotels,  even basic ones, stay away!


Be prepared...

The night we slept here was awful!! We booked this hostel via Booking with reduced price, but it was still not worth the money. There was a machine next to our window, which made a lot of noise (the whole day) and the roof was vibrating along with the machine which made an even louder noise. Excepting this fact, the rooms were sooooo noisy! You could hear everybody walking in the hallway and when they spoke it was like they were standing next to you in the room. During the night people in the area where listening to the radio, but the noise was so loud! The radio wasn't even that loud, because in the hallway you couldn't even hear it that much, but in the room!! Omg it was like we had the radio playing ourselves!! The same thing happened at 6 am in the morning and we couldn't sleep anymore because of it. We complained to the staff but they didn't do anything about it! We asked for a discount when we left in the morning, but we barely got one. I would definitely NOT recommended this hostel.
