Could do better with excellent customer service but no. So your ratings are low and is not compensated with a great CS support which really goes a long way. You should change your management. Your service makes all other cons worse

Too expensive and not woth it. Service and everything.

pros- friendly receptionist and room boys
cons- did not get my money's worth. very noisy even with the windows closed. slamming of doors by guests, people talking in the corridor. the crowing of chicken and barking of dogs in the morning. aside from that, there was a function room on the 3rd floor near the hotel rooms. so when there is a party you cannot sleep because of the noise. the receptionist was good enough to transfer us to another room but still you could hear the noise from the function hall.the towels were wet when we asked for towel mats ;-( breakfast was stone cold. they prepared the food beforehand so when served, its very cold. The food would have been delicious if served hot. staff was not friendly in the restaurant.

It was a Friday the 13th when we decided to go on a road trip with my husband's new MC. It was quite a very longggggggggggggggggggggg trip from Quezon City to BAGUIO City! Given, our son Erky (6 yrs old) is with us for that very long trip.

We arrived at Baguio City proper at around past 12 in the morning. The breeze with fog was freezing cold already, though my husband's sister is living in San Carlos Baguio and we can stay there as long as we want, we decided to not go any further from the City proper since it is already dark, it is off course very cold + very foggy, our son is with us, my husband's sight is not good in the dark, and the fact that we are all exhausted already from the very long trip since 2 in the afternoon from March 13...

And so we decided to find a nice place to sleep in through the night, we were dreaming of a room with a very nice bed where we can really rest our backs! We go to a hotel hopping first, the 1st hotel we ask was the Prince Plaza hotel, but first, we thought, "ah! 2k (2000php) will be too expensive for we know that the room has no AC, and there is no breakfast inclusion! and it is almost 1am and were planning to leave at 9am, nah! let's go find another place". Not too far is the Lindi Hotel where we have stayed before but they are fully booked already. My husband is really tired and he wants to take a rest already, and so we decided, OK fine, let's just go back to Prince Plaza.

Going back, the receptionist recognized that it's us again. Luckily he offered us to stay until 9am for 1,350 Php, it's not really a big discount but at least.

I really thought that it was just a typical normal room with a normal bed. Judgmental me!

Well, the 2000php from 2pm-12pm, I think is worth for your money.

From the stairs, where every flooring is carpeted, loved the feel of our feet when we stepped in.

The room is complete with a very comfy 2 single beds, big and small drawers, cable TV, they have a strong WiFi connection. What my son loves about this hotel is, of course, his favorite, the bathtub, but since we don't have enough time, he wasn't able to use it, oh well maybe next time.

The room also has a veranda, overlooking Legarda road, the veranda is just good for smokers, but not for viewers, since you will only see the streets and the wire cables.

One thing I don't like about this is that they don't provide a toothbrush, toothpaste, and a shampoo, they only provide you with bath towels and 2 soaps. For us who were able to stay in a couple of hotels, from the cheapest to the grandest, they ALL provide, complimentary soap, bath towels, shampoo, toothbrush, and toothpaste plus 2 bottles of mineral waters, that's a standard already.

In the morning, I have called their attention to ask whether they provide other items than soap, the girl told me that they ONLY provide soap. OMG!

Thanks to Mercury Drug near the hotel or we'll stroll at Baguio without cleaning our hairs and mouth ew!

Price &amp; Value of Money - 3 out 5 stars

Cleanliness - 3 out of 5 stars, because the tub and comfort room seems to have clogged dirt on the tiles.

Service - 3 out of 5 stars, because of unsatisfied complimentary bath essentials, though the hotel staffs are all accommodating 5 stars for them.

Ambiance - 4 out of 5 stars, because it is very relaxing and welcoming from the time you entered their lobby.

Overall I could say that our stay is very much comfortable, especially for the beds. Still worth your money and worth the try.

If we would try checking in again? YES of course, definitely, but hopefully next time they'll have much better complimentary bath essentials and with breakfast, please?

not really getting the value for money.

We stopped here on arrival into Baguio city. Was recommended here by a family member who lived locally. The staff are warm and friendly and the food was great. Premises is very clean and big enough to host an event. 

Stopped for lunch

We stayed here for two days and one night back in 2010. It was during our Educational tour in Baguio city. The experience was good that time and somehow satisfied with the accommodation, and the food prepared. I hope that the next time I'll be staying here would be great than before.

Our first hotel in Baguio

It was when My cousin invited me to attend her son's 1st birthday. My cousin's Husband reserved a Function Hall for the said Event. My story started when One of the staff rudely treated one of our common Friend. I stood up and asked what had happened but the staff just threw me an angry glance. I asked what's his name and mentioned that I will be reporting him to the manager for his rudeness but  He didn't answer me and Leaving me questionable. What happened was, Our common friend (6 Months Preggy) asked the dining staff /  crew if he can give her another spoon for the dessert (wala po silang binigay na Dessert Spoon, Of course marumi na ung dinner spoon) but the Staff rudely answered her. (Eh buntis c Kumare sa 1st baby and of course sensitive and emotions, Ayun napa iyak nalang).

Unapproachable Staffs!!!

I was invited for a training/seminar for three days. I was roomed with two other participants.There was two bed, so two has to share one bed because staff don't provide extra bed. No toilet amenities, only tissue. No a/c, electric fan is not working, no extra electrical outlet so we can't charge our phones, and we had to take cold showers because water is scalding hot (you can't control the temp, either very cold or very hot). Wifi is not working.
Food was average. Worst waiter I have encountered. Very disrespectful. I get it that we are not paying for our food, he treated us like we were hungry peasants! 
We had the same questionable towel for three days. We kept asking for dry one but they kept saying they don't have fresh towel!!! 
So many more negative review to this hotel. 
Big advice, do not book this hotel. Baguio has other cheaper and better hotel than this

Poor rooms, disrespectful waiters and staff

I was here almost ten years ago and way back then, it was already considered a little dated. However, when I returned this time, there is no doubt that it needs some repairs and refinishing. The paints are chipping, the carpet old, linens and towels are not that white anymore. The shower head was even damaged when we stayed there but maintenance man was able to fix it. There was no phone inside the room so you have to get down if you need anything. For whatever reason, the pillows were wrapped inside the bed sheet so these were fixed there. Forget wifi connection as it was very slow, if you would be able to connect. However, for the cheap price, you will like its location which is very accessible, the room is big, and the bathroom spacious enough with a bath tub. There is a restaurant on the ground floor which offers good food at affordable price.

Really dated

First of all, the central location. First of all, it was raining heavily. I came to Baghio from Wigan with my companions - a group of Bulgarians - in the evening. Near the Ohaii terminal there were plenty of hotels. But in a few of the places where we stepped, the prices were quite inhumane. $50 for a room with an extra bed did not inspire this either. But it was raining heavily - actually, Baghio on this trip I was mostly associated with the rains (all my visits to the city were accompanied by the spread of heavenly bread) - and it became quite tricky to continue the search until it was closer to the lake and to the city itself.
