We had a great stay Jan. 12-14
The Aircon is very good.
Staff are kind and accomodating.
You will feel that you are in the city of love.
One problem is there is No shower heater in our room i dont know if other room have.
Good Points
Beside Central Market and transportation is very easy.
about 5 mins walk to robinsons mall.

You get what you pay for! The hotel's front desk clerk said she will put my towel inside the room but when I came nack at 11pm, there was no towel and front desk was closed. I asked the guard for my towel and he couldn't find any. So he gave me a bedsheet to use as towel. Horrible! Never again!!!!!

1st time to stay overnight in iloilo and book online to this hotel. Arrive late around 7pm and still available. Staff are accommodating and very responsive . They gave me a huge roon which is good for 6 actually, its a good thing but bad for me cause cant sleep in a huge room😊 twin beds and another sofa bed . An old tv but working , old Comfort room but quite clean not so bad at all. Expectation wise for a budget traveller like me. Theres a cute garden and a pool. Great spot to have a cup of coffee.Will diffinetly book this hotel again when in iloilo. Very accessable , markets, jeepneys, malls 3 minutes from iloilo proper.

I stayed for a week on this hotel for a business trip. Actual location and hotel itself was very different from online pictures. Surroundings are very dirty. Hotel premises like the small lobby area which serves as a lounge area was so dark. A lot of mosquitoes inside the room and lounge area. When I informed the receptionist about the mosquitoes, i requested for an insecticides but, when the male staff went to my room, i was surprised to see him holding a small pray bottle (same with Mr. Muscle glass cleaner bottle) and he was trying to spray the chemicals under the tables and corners of the rooms. I immediately sense that he was not using a Baygon or right insecticides to kill the mosquitoes so, i asked him if they don't have a Baygon or any insecticides, he directly answered me that they are just using "a mixed water and gas" as an insecticides spray which is very harmful to our health and may cause fire. Water pressure was also so poor and Hot water, i wasn't able to take my shower for two consecutive days and when i reported the said problem to the reception area since i need to use the toilet, receptionist was so rude in telling me to just wait the following morning because no one will fix the problem. It irritated me because what if i cannot control anymore and i need to discharge solid waste from my body.  They do not even have the maintenance personnel assigned at night just in case there will be a technical problem in the hotel. No food available anytime at the hotel. Only for breakfast and lunch, but their restaurant does not operate early. No water for consumption or bottled water for sale. Even water dispenser was not available. So, if u need some food late at night, u cannot do anything because place was not safe to go out at night. Receptionist namely, Erika and Riley was not a problem solver likewise, they are sometimes rude when asked or informed about the problem at the hotel. This is the very first time i was disappointed in booking an accommodation. Worst and will never recommend to anyone.

Very Inconvenient Place to Stay

We didnt actually stay here more than a few hours (6 i think in total) this was NOT because of the hotel , it was a complete stuff up by WOTIF.com who we booked thru , we had arranged a suite for 3 adults , and WOTIF did not send the booking thru to the hotel , so when we arrived there was total chaos , although i must say the ladies on the front desk went to a lot of trouble to assist and help us , even though they had no booking for us and the hotel was almost booked out , they went out of their way to shuffle things around for us and give us 2 rooms to use for our stay, once in our rooms which were quaint but very clean indeed , I contacted Wotif.com ( 30 min phone call to the US )in which case i was put on HOLD!! , i told them i was ringing from the Philippines and could they ring me back , and after some haggling and upset on my part they agreed to ring me back , their relocation team was so busy they want to put me on hold again , which i declined ,so WOTIF.com cancelled the booking at Chito's and advised that i can find another hotel  !!. I went downstairs to advise the ladies on the desk of the outcome , and they were astounded and shocked ,but to cut a long story short , if you would like a mid range hotel in iloilo with a pool , give Chito's a go , i can personally recomend their staff as extremely helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty to assist my wife and myself , Thank You Chito's .

Very Helpful Staff , Good Mid priced hotel

To be honest, I didn't really like Chito's. First, the staff in the lobby told us that we had no reservation even when my friend had a printed confirmation from Agoda. She acted like a trainee but didn't looked like one. Or maybe she wasn't enjoying her work. I didn't find her that accommodating at all. Though the room was nice, clean, and quiet. No free toiletries though. (Haha I love 'em!). There's a mini resto inside but it's quiet expensive since we're on a budget. Overall, nothing special from this hotel.

Nothing special

Good ambience and location. It's near lots of useful shops and public transportation. The room is not cleaned well and it seems they don't clean the bathrooms well or often enough. You have to call them to turn the water on everytime you want to use it, whether cold or hot water, then afterwards they turn it off; this is really a bother because it happens everytime, all day long. The swimming pool is disgusting because it's not maintained well, if at all. There are no trash receptacles in the common areas including the patio and poolside where guests are supposed to congregate. There is no restaurant in the hotel so there is no convenient place to get food without leaving the hotel grounds. Receptionists aren't properly trained and they do not have good customer service skills or proper manners, especially Ericka. She was an expert nuisance and rude and foul to me and my guests. Also after I checked they told me they would not clean the room daily which I find shocking and unacceptable; not just that the room would not be turned daily but that they would wait until after I've chacked in to inform me of the lesser service I will receive. There are two receptionsists that deserve applause and commendation: Joanna Kristine (we called her Joy) and Razel Mae (we called her Mimi). They were problem solvers and took the time to explain things and hotel policies and go above and beyond to help us when things weren't going smoothly. Despite that, I would not stay here again and I recommend you find another place to stay.

STAY AWAY - FIND ANOTHER HOTEL

This hotel is just so-so. You could hear the TV sounds from another room and no there's no telephone inside. Location is a bit scary especially at night. A water heater was provided inside the room but it's a bit rusty inside with no coffee and water provided.

The hotel has been around for years. We had a small room for three people. The staff was very friendly. There is no breakfast. The location could be more central if you needed a taxi for everything. There is a pool.
