Good location and a very good and friendly staffs and the food was so grate. The hotel is very nice easy to locate event it was our firts time to stay. There's a very delicious food like salad and sandwiches i realy recomend it to my friend.

Superb experience 

Cozy and a nice place stay. My experience here was wonderful the staff very acomodating  and very hospitable. Having a pleasant and fun environment. Had lunch here and the pastas were great. I am very satisfied with the dish and oh especially the Tabla salad which is superb. The rooms were okay and very comfy to sleep on. The best part it is very convenient in travelling if your going to Aklan. The hotel is just a couple of minutes away from the terminal if you are resting for a while. Will be again staying in this wonderful hotel.

Wonderful.Hotel

I was surprised how pleasant was to stay in GT Hotel Jaro. Check in was very friendly and helpful. I got the information of Iloilo  what i needed to know. It is very accessible to everything. Close to Airport, Bus Terminal going to Boracay and Famous Ancestral Mansions. I LOVE their room, its clean, with enough couch and table to relax. The bathroom is clean,with good cable signal. There is also Restaurant served good food.

Pleasant Stay

Thank you GT Jaro for the prompt service and hospitality during our stay there. The place is really convenient not to mention it is accessible to the mall, the place is transportation-friendly especially to tourists. The food was superb and tasty. We did have fun during our short stay. Hope to get back soon.☺️☺️☺️

We chose GT HOTEL JARO because of the price and location. It was a pleasant stay. The staff were polite, helpful and very accomodating. We also would like to commend tHe staff for contacting us when we left my Dad'a credit card in the room. Thank you for safe keeping it until we were able to claim it.

VALUE FOR MONEY

we're 3guests,we stayed for 3days. we availed the promo but i think we still deserve the good service.  
good: 
1. guards very accommodating in assisting us to find a ride going to mall
2. housekeeping attendant was prompt to attend our concern 
3. the room was neat enough
not so good:
1. the faucets was not functioning well
2. no bidet 
3. old style of tv.
4. front desk was not so accommodating at all.   
5. wifi can only use in lobby area not in the rooms
6. aircon was so noisy
7. there was construction on going that was so noisy
8. we were not assisted in our room when we checked in
9. the emergency lights were not plugged in.

not good enough

This hotel is just near the Jaro Plaza and in front of Iloilo Supermart, which is convenient for food trips and emergency shopping.The hotel room was affordable for they have a promo for the month. It is clean and spacious. The food they serve is good and just the right serving. However I find their coffee price too much for just a small pack of instant coffee, just buy outside. And the room's ceiling was dripping when it started to rain. So better check the ceiling for a comfortable stay.

Spacious Room But Needs Maintenance

Reception/Check in; 1st contact is the guard, no greetings.  Same with the lady on the reception as she was not ready when someone comes in. She's chewing something even when she was talking to me. Check out; the lady is watching movie on the laptop. Location is accessible. Close to terminal going Northern part of Panay like Boracay. 1 ride going to SM city and back thru Leganes Sm city route. Spacious with 3 beds. Tv has no channel guide. You have to scan all channels available. There should be light close to the mirror. The man who assisted offered assistance to carry the luggage but i refuse and he guided me to the room. When we entered the room and finish the request I had to move the beds together as one then he left.

Good... Needs Improvement.

I booked a room here for 3 nights due to the reviews here on here reviews stating home from home and very clean and comfortable.. 
On arrival I paid a deposit of 1 night and then was shown to the room. My God what a dump !  I could not believe what I was seeing''  I needed to use the toilet and it had not been cleaned it was disgusting !!  when I sat on the bed looking at the orange painted wall, some one had clearly been picking their nose and wiping it all on the wall  !  
This place was a totally disgusting dump !  
I opened my laptop and found another hotel to stay at  as I was not going to stay in the VISTA INN  What a DISGUSTING PLACE...

the room was spacious. amenities was more than what I expect. only one ride to sm and smallville areas.. very handy and strategic location though a bit laidback..best for backpackers and cheapskates! room was priced at 788 pesos for a twin accomodation. wifi was only at the lobby though. password: sihiyon202 ;)
