staff namely ivy  was very rude and not accomodating. You should train your staff. she’s  not even welcoming guest properly. iYou will feel like she dont like her job bec the way she treat guest iwas very bad. I had a booking dated oct 14.. i came around 3am..I waited so long bec she cannot find my booking (which i expected around that time my room is ready) I asked her what took her ao long to find my booking and she gave me black face. she dont deserve to work in hotel. you should give your snile to customers whatever the situation is. Wifi sucks. not even working.

Worst hotel I've stayed in so far.

First they tell me they can't find my booking, not in their system, and when I show them the booking ID and that it's paid they make me wait to check.
After a long time they call me back to tell me they can't find it and to contact Agoda who I booked through, and it's past 9pm.
Then while I wait for Agoda to pick up they call me back again to say they finally found it and give me the room key.
All this with an attitude like they didn't even want me there.

Then the room itself looked like it hasn't been refreshed in decades.
Fittings in bathroom rusted, shower heads leaking, paint chipped everywhere, ancient manual dial turning aircon, broken toilet seat...

And the best part... used condom under the bed among other rubbish...
I guess the cleaners never look under there...

The bed itself is a thin piece of foam for a mattress on a block of wood that's meant to be a bed frame.
A thin pillow and 1 thin bedsheet for a blanket.

The elevators are dodgy too.

Just stay away if you can.

Avoid if you can

We've been here for 2 days already and we've been requesting for electric kettle since day 1. All the staff just kept on saying yes every time we call them countless of times, unfortunately they only gave us when we started complaining. In addition, there is no hot shower. The staff service is very terrible. This is our first time in Eurotel. never 
will I recommend this place and swear we'll never come back here.

We just had a short stay before our flight back home.

For a 4 hour stay it was under Php600.

Clean but small room.

Functioning air conditioning, tv, comfy bed and a small but functional bathroom. Amenities provided are far too small.

Good value

We stayed there for overnight. The room is kinda small. Maybe its because of the size of the bed. I have short hair but the room has long hair strands which means its not clean thoroughly. One small pack of shampoo is not enough. Shower is nice. Perfect temperature. Hotel staff is accomodating.

My Stay was a disaster, Unfriendly Staff ( except receptionist nicole and the night shift receptionist)not all but almost all, Very slow and poor customer service, Inclusions were not explained to me properly, Amenities not working properly, Very Slow wifi. And their rooms have cockroachers

Disastrous

The room we booked in this old hotel had a stuck and stinky toilet although we mentioned a clean  and not noisy room in our booking..  When we confronted the manager with that he upgraded the room to an an executive one  . This executive room stank like hell because they used a lot of lysol to disinfect .Nevertheless some cockroaches were present.  The aircon had no remote and had to be started manually by lifting up the cover, but no way of regulation, it was just on and off, so in the night you got very cold. And at daytime there was ongoing construction wo you could hear very well the noise of drilling machines.
The room had no windows to open, there was only one windows with glassblocks instead. The upper corners of the bath were covered with black mold.
No daily cleaning and changing bed linen. For 3 persons only 2 towels and 1 toothbrush

Avoid this hotel

This is the first time I experienced breakfast without coffee! There was an error on my reservation for 2 additional nights. They don't want to to modify it. Not a accommodating property. They don't ha have ice machine and the restaurant don't have ice also.

Breakfast and Service

A crappy overpriced hotel.  I arrived with a paid, confirmed reservation through Pricelilne.  I showed them the confirmation email.  They spent 45 minutes running me around to try to solve the problem and could not, and demanded that I work with some company called Agoda, that asked me toI email "documents" to them.  I refused.  They then charged me 50% more for the room than I had already paid for my reservation.  This is dishonest.  They refused to honor the price that was in the reservation.

The room smelled, the air con is noisy, the shower was not hot, and the breakfast is poor.  The bathroom was dirty.  The sheets had holes; there were no blankets   And the internet is painfully slow.

Don't stay here. There are lots of other hotels in this area with reasonable prices and better customer service, and that are honest.

Dishonest and bad hotel

I was staying here as part of a Habitat for Humanity trip I did. This was the place we stayed before flying back home. It was a nice clean hotel that is within walking distance of the major shopping mall. I also got an in-room massage that was fantastic and only around $20 in US dollars. I would definitely stay here again if I was on my way somewhere else in the country.
