The most expensive room of my life 130€ an hour arrival checked in one hour wlan ac checked out dirty pool room much smaller than in the photo, the whole facility seems to me like in a prison, owners inconspicuously give no money back, in europe he would get mail from the lawyer, here i have that fortunately first time experienced that maybe certain people have a claim so even nine days paid for nix so you can also earn his money i hope this rating hold many off booking this accommodation even if it seems favorable and with over seven points at agoda is relatively well rated, deceiving that bild completely can't let them deceive me how it is

Disastrous

The best thing about this hotel was their room & bed, it’s super cool & comfy ( i think it’s a microfiber bed sheet). The room was so classy and spacious. I thought of the worse because the price of the hotel is cheap. But it exceeded my expectation. The room was equipped with our basic needs such as Big fridge, utensils, kettle, knife, plates, glass & etc. It’s like you are renting a condotel. 
The hotel has its own gym and if you’d like to have a peaceful time with your someone and you’re looking to somewhere private, then this is the perfect place to be.
The only nega experienced we had was we weren’t informed that their pool was under maintenance, i called prior the hotel booking and even during check-in, they failed to inform us ahead. And the location is quite far from the main road  (the habal2 driver cannot enter directly to the hotel, so you really have to rent a cab in case you want to go outside)  it’s terrible to walk when it’s hot.
But the overall experience was fantastic. Thank you so much for their polite staff.

far from anything; the closest restaurants are 800 meters away (according to me and Google Maps) -a challenging walk through a very busy road, busy with heavy traffic, and without any side walk, and, at night, there are hordes of stray dogs (apparently harmless). True the "SUITES" are NICE, clean, well appointed and comprehensive (but mine did not have any cooking facility nor a microwave, but that did not bother me). What bothered me the most is that I moved from a normal decent hotel in a great location to this one to make use of the swimming pool only to find out that their swimming is a PRANK: A shallow basin no bigger than 2 X 6 meters (about 6 ft by 20 ft). I was the only one using it and still felt "crowded". Two adults will never fit in there. All in all, if you will be spending your entire day outside and only returning there to sleep then this place is fine. This residence is meant to be a residence (only for those with their own means of transportation) and not a hotel for tourists.

Grand what?? A hangar looking MOTEL in the midst of other real hangars in a challenging industrial location & tiny pool

This place is a block of studio rooms rented either on a daily or monthly basis. The quality of the room is excellent given the price bracket but this reflects the somewhat out of the way location. Staff are friendly and helpful and there is a small pool. Wifi is fairly weak and accessable through a somewhat annoying web login system. Beds are very comfortable and sheets etc good quality. Its within walking distance of a supermarket but along a busy road. (Hernan Cortes). The hotel itself is about 300m down a side road right to the Mandaue Foam showroom. 

Well appointed rooms 

Rooms are clean, the sheets are neat, equipped with utensils, two door refrigerator, electric kettle though w/o microwave. Bathroom is spacious. Overall we had a great and comfortable stay. I recommend this place.
