Attention: the name has been changed! instead of Johnnils it is now Dedens, unfortunately we didn't notice this until we arrived on site. It is by far the dirtiest accommodation we have ever stayed in Asia! The bathroom is a single horror, the water doesn't work at all in the upstairs, the toilet is a bacterial barn and everything is in a miserable condition. The room stinks and is foul, the main door can't be locked and everyone can walk into the house. Just don't stay here, even if it's comparatively cheap.

It's awful!

This is the worst place I have ever been and have been backpacking through south east Asia for 6 months. When we arrived we had a used condom in our room, we had no running shower just a bucket with a jug in it so we couldn’t have a shower, there was cockroaches in our room and the most unfriendly staff I have ever met!
After we refused to pay the total price and only 1,500php instead of 2,250php, one of the staff chased us around Moalboal and demanded us for the rest of our money unless we’d be kicked out!! There was no other option so we had to stay but I recommend no one to ever stay here!!! Absolutely appalling and the owner of this place should never make there staff behave the way they did chasing us around Moalboal. 

I hope this place gets shut down!! AWFUL!!!!

I booked a night at this hotel and the owner is not in good faith he assured me that there was hot water, which was not the case, there was not even water either the owner did not want to hear anything I find this commercial process not very cool to run!!!!!! not serious and for the same price you have much better

FURIOUS

The rooms with AirCon are large, we rented two. Only that there was no maintenance, the air was very noisy. The worst thing is the bathroom, which is shared and does not work, you always have to be filling a boat to get water to the bathroom, the drainage room has no hot water, sometimes you want even a little lukewarm water, and sleeping quietly, the bathroom is full of ants, spiders and insects and so on. There is no bathroom, there is literally little room to see the patio and around the beach, and I never want to be quiet thinking that someone is going to see me... Filthiest inn we've ever stayed at! We stayed in their aircon room for 900p a night & was the worst decision we made. Had to wash the bed linens because the smell of sweat was so strong! Pillows had sweat and saliva marks all over it looked like a world map! Same with the bed! Bedroom floor was sticky and food crumbs were all over the place! Bathroom was so dirty, from floor to sink to bowl! Algae was forming on stored water can you imagine that! Kitchen was no better, utensils were obviously used and put back yuck! Bugs were everywhere!! No wifi even after multiple follow ups with the staff and owner. No towels and never asked for it. We've been to cheap accommodations before but never have we encountered such headache like this one! Avoid at all cost. There are plenty of accom. near panagsama beach itself for 300-350p a night per head.

Oh my God what I booked I can't cancel because I already payed for deposit.
Dirty infront to the toilet,ants, lack of water supply, mosquito,the bamboo bed are not good. 
Don't stay here. Keep away here. 


OMG 

Everything is horrible from the very rude gay staff, dirty rooms and linens with no towels (even its included on their description), the toilet is unacceptable! Smelly and disgusting! We arrived as if they didn't expect any guests. The place looks like never been clean for ages, we had to open the doors and windows to Let fresh air comes in. For the price that we paid I think this place is a scam! The water is gone while my family is taking shower and the staff did nothing and locked himself inside the room even we are knocking constantly! My brother found a way to scooped waters from the water tank so we can all finish our bathing! Jeezze my family and I are very laid back and don't complain easily but this place got into our nerves, they shouldn't accept guests or maybe closed the place if they not keen to serve/assists their guest and fix the problems on their lodging.

Stay away from this place! 

I arrived here after a 3hr sardine-packed, standing-ovation bus trip from Cebu city and the only thing I wanted was to shower immediately. There was no electricity (that's the least of my concern) but there was no water too! I've booked inns/hostels before cheaper than this place but I guess I've had the worst experience here - by far! The mattress and sheets looked like they haven't been changed in ages and the toilet and bath is so filthy I can't even afford to brush my teeth with the water from the faucet. The only positive thing about this place is it's a 2min walk to Panagsama beach and they have free wi-fi.

We booked this hotel for 2 nights (because we were just passing around the corner) and we stayed there for 10 minutes until we found another one. We had to knock 10 minutes before someone opened, the person who hosted us had the eyes strangely very red... dirt, unsanitary condition... here's the summary of the place.
