The location is nice but the room are dirty, small rooms, toilet does not work. Moreover they ask u to pay in advance for the entire nights, but then we decided to run away from this "resort" (ahahah) and live the remaining days in Bantayan to another place. At the end me and my girlfriend stayed only one night up to five. We lost our money cause we moved to another hotel. We asked for a refund, they promise to refund us but then they did not keep the promise even if there were other courageous people that had already occupied the room. My suggestion: STAY AWAY from this place!

Worst place I have ever slept

The bar has one of the better views and location in Santa Fe.At high tide its like a swimming pool in front of the bar.But thats because of the concrete wall and the government is threatening to knock all of them down again like they did a few years ago.Fantastic location average rooms grubby but clean great food and staff. But get use to usual Philippine staff not in a hurry to serve you just roll with the punches and enjoy the view the service will be good but just slow .To sum up great location and view with out the great price but the price is low because the rooms are not posh.Worth a look for sure


Water front

Friendly staff. Thats the only positive thing.
The room wasnt really neat. And I mean the sinkhole in the bathroom sink had lots of "black something I dont even want to touch" things on it. Bed had ants. I was twice bitten. And to top that, there was power interruption during afternoon and more importantly at night. No one in reception area at night to cater your needs. The room was hot. It was more than 30 minutes of waiting before the power turned back on. Fancy staying here?

- there was no toilet paper, when we asked for it they just said "we don't have it anymore"
- they didn't clean our room, their answer for this was that we didn't asked them to.. (?!)
- we took a look in the kitchen, one world: DISGUSTING

One tip: just stay away from this hotel because the only good thing at the hotel was the location!!!

Stay away from this "hotel"

There is no doubt that this is a beachfront hotel. The view from the bar is amazing! The rooms however are not so amazing.  We saw rooms #3 and #5, equally disappointing. We were initially given room 5, one window (covered by a strange curtain) looked directly into the kitchen. As a result this room was extremely noisy as close to the staff at work, obviously we wouldn't expect them to be quiet, just unfortunate that the room was positioned where it was. The shower was over the toilet, all a bit awkward to move around (and we're not on the large size).  There were cockroaches in room 5, so the staff moved us to room 3, there were also cockroaches in that room. We acknowledge that this might be common in Asia, however, in room 3 the light in the room was on all night as could not be turned off making for a terrible nights sleep.   We were told it was a solar light so couldn't be turned off (!?).  We assume that some staff or people associated with the hotel stay in the rooms when empty as someone attempted to come into our room at 5am, thankfully they were put off by the door being locked. The décor was random in each room, curtains all over the walls. Perhaps there are some rooms that are acceptable but these two rooms were below expected standard.  The staff working there were very polite and wouldn't have anything negative to say about them, it is not their fault that the hotel is below standard. We were due to stay for 2 nights but checked out after one night. Fair enough cockroaches are common in Asia but a room with a light permanently on is not common! We moved to a place up the road which didn't have any cockroaches and the light turned off to sleep.  I would not recommend Ritzy and would never stay here again.

Would never stay here again

Perfect location, in front of the beach and very close to all the mogollon but it's super quiet. The best, the staff. You wait, they worry, they ask you... the owner at the foot of the canyon all day and to help. The room is small, but they're the ones from the photo of the reservation. The quality/price ratio, you can't ask for more. For me, 100% recommended.

A personal charm.

It was the worst accommodation of our entire trip to Asia and not the cheapest, a very small room, without bathroom and air conditioning, no furniture to leave your belongings, the staff didn't know anything, but nothing, a disaster and some cockroaches too, nothing recommended.The only good thing is the wifi that works quite well, the rest as I said very badly.

Very, very good, so so bad!!!

The rooms are okay, nothing more. As for the staff, I've had to deal with two opposite behaviors. On one side a charming, dedicated staff, doing everything they can to please you. Special mention to a person at the reception who has shown himself to be very professional. On the other side, a staff who is mocking you and unwilling to work, distracted by other clients or other entertainment. Besides, the photos don't match the reality at all. The beach is not beautiful at all, sometimes dirty and at low tide you can see the rocks. I haven't bathed there. I can't put on his towel. Anyway, a big disappointment. There was a great disappointment in the hours of sunshine that were blowing you up all the time.

I'm going to start with the negative, the room is gloomy, you feel like you're in a container, it's pretty stifling, plus the bathroom isn't clean at all... now the positive, we're just on the beach, the location is top, just like the boss, the staff and the restaurant (avoid pizzas instead).

Not terrible room but location and staff at the top

We were looking for some of our arrived a room one era night no top scooter rental the next day and we fell to the rytzi s room on the sea for 1200p meals not given but well served and plus very nice staff and little care thanks especially to danmark that was adorable and even to us cooking our fish brought back from the market for a small surcharge but frankly six j top thank you
