From Emfpang to our departure, we were always treated very kindly. The hotel was practically empty, yet the food was always fresh and very tasty. Man has an incredible view of the sea and sees a colorful sunset.

Ideal for scuba diving or short stays.

We warmly recommend this hotel. 

The rooms were spacious and we had everything we needed.  Comfortable bed and a very good working AC. The bathroom was as expected. Filipino-like with a Tabo (Mug) to wash but also with a sprinkler head. There were cockroaches but you cannot avoid them in any places in the Philippines.

The hotel, the pool, the view - wow. In our opinion very cozy, and heartwarming furnished. You can see that it is not newly renovated but stilly very lovely.

On our first day we even received a delicious piece of cake because a family member of the owner had birthday.

The owner was very friendly, thus he could not speak quite english. The employees were very nice and helped us with anything we needed. They (the owner and one other person) stayed awake for our 2am ferry to Siquijor and even gave us an umbrella for our walk to the port. 

The food was good. We didn’t expect much but we liked the Korean dishes alot!

If we ever come back to Liloan, we would definitely come back!

Beautiful place with a stunning view

    この一帯は古くからある日本のダイブショップの天国です。わずか30分のスミロン島に行くのにも割り増し料金です。少しでも安いかと思いこのショップに連絡を取ったが、メールに返事は来ないし、現地で電話をしても用をなさず。予めTripAdvisorで予約するしかないようです。　ダイウ゛ィングは運よくOslobのショップを見つけました。
 It is well-known the price  of the Japanese dive shops is the standard this area ; terribly expensive. I sent  an inquiry, expecting to get  interesting information from this Korean owner's property, but no reply. I called three times, staying at  Moalboal. The girls repeated, "No boss now. I cant answer.".  
     You can find some reasonable diving shops at Oslob, not at Liroan. 
      

No communicatiion

There are two things going for this place: location and a good kitchen. From Noblesse, it is an easy walk to the port of Liloan. We chose this place because of the location ad we needed to board a ferry to Sibulan the next day. The food at the restaurant was affordable and delicious. The kitchen closes early so get your orders in. The rooms, oh the rooms. Nice tiled floors, foam beds. That's it. The wooden doors won't close all the way so yeah, mosquitoes could get into the room. The AC was weak, the room couldn't really get cool. The bathroom was gloomy and saddest of all. We had warmish water, the other rooms didn't. The towels were threadbare, and the floors didn't look clean. The sink was dirty with no stopper, so you can see the rusty insides of the drain. The wood covering the front of the sink, possibly to hide the pipes, was rotted through. I mean, I know this is the Philippines and expectations are low, but come on! I've stayed at cheaper properties with better offerings. This place was not worth the money I paid. You have other options in the area, I recommend you stay elsewhere.

We went to lunch in this complex that actually seems like a well-fresh, simple but plentiful meal, we enjoyed the terrace and the sea view, as far as the beach is concerned, it's a space with rock and concrete so not very glamorous given what's around.

Just for a meal.

We spent 1 night at Noblesse Resort in February 2018. It was unplanned - our ferry brought us there to wait for the waves to calm down. We enjoyed staying there. We came late in the evening and were afraid it would be fully booked as it was the period of Chinese New Year but luckily we got a pretty room with an incredible sea view as we saw in the morning. The room itself was not very new but it was clean and large so we were satisfied. The breakfast was ok and the personnel was very friendly. If I have a chance I'd love to stay there again.

Lovely hotel

Hotel unmaintained, ruined, dirty, shower not working, TV not working, no chair in the room, no soap or glass...just no comfort. The pool water is messy, it doesn't encourage swimming. The whole thing is sad and lacking in maintenance.

Advise against going there

Is it possible to give less than one star?
While fairly nice from the outside and nice personal, rooms are just horrible. Outdated, dirty, broken. No more words to say. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!

Don‘t! Not even for one night

Even if you don't have a choice, don't stay there! Dirty room, cockroaches in the room, no windows, so orchestra of dogs and chickens screaming, people screaming and listening to music in the background! The restaurant is extremely expensive for what it is. WiFi is almost nonexistent. The climate in the rooms is just above the beds! And the smell in the rooms is horrible mold on the walls! So in short, don't come to the kitchen.

Get out of here!

Santander really is the secret paradise for anyone visiting Cebu Beautiful views, lots of great beaches and easy access to nearby Negros. The Nobelese is ideally located near the ferry terminal to take advantage of all if these items.
