The hotel/restaurant exudes a very warm, cozy atmosphere. The room was lovingly decorated. The furniture is stylish and of high quality. The hosts are naturally friendly, so that you feel very welcome. The breakfast is served as a plate, but it is plentiful (3 different ham, cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, juice, yogurt, eggs at will, for whom all this should not be enough, whose wishes will surely also be fulfilled). Coffee and tea are very good. The food in the restaurant is also very tasty, rich and fresh. Not influenced by the menu: opposite the main hall is a small place that is easily used for weekends for evening gatherings by the Jewish hotel, which is not very pleased to be used.

Great place

Very cute house and pleasant interior. Friendly and quick service and very tasteful food. Zurek is good choice. Big portions. Strong and nice smell of coffee. Only baked trout could have crunchy skin.

The accommodation is located in the middle of the village. The hotel and restaurant are housed in 2 different houses, separated by a street. The hotel is really nice. In the house there are 3 guest rooms, the rest of the rooms are occupied by the staff. The house is very bright-eyed unfortunately, every step in the room underneath us was heard. The rooms are lovingly designed, we did not lack anything. (Only the pillows were a disaster.) Unfortunately, at night we did not think about sleeping because all the dogs in the neighborhood have been barking through. Of course, the hotel cannot do anything, but it was really disturbing. The staff were all very friendly and trying. This is very highly recommended. Although the restaurant as well as the food facilities have been a catastrophe. Unfortunately, the facilities in the park are excellent, but the facilities are not very good to reach.

Hotel top, surroundings flop

The people who run this cafe/restaurant/b & b are amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfasts were incredible. We spent 4 fantastic nights here and ate three times in the restaurant - the food was delicious and we brought friends from across the border in Germany to eat here to show them how great it is!

The rooms are comfortable and spotless. The wifi works well and is free.  

It is ideally located for visiting the Zittau mountains and Frydlant castle. 

What really makes this place so wonderful is the attention to detail  and care shown by the people who run it.  It really is a labour of love and it shows.

I cannot recommend this B & B highly enough, we are already planning our return trip.

... it's the best choice. Be it the accomodation or the restaurant - I can recommend both easily. What's outstanding, it's the service. You don't deal with a corporation, yet with a family run business here and it's palpable on every single step, from the beginning to the end. The rooms are cozy and good-looking, provided with the air conditioning and in major part - made of wood. The building itself is noteworthy for its German framework - it has been refubrished according to the building tradition throughout its existence. The restaurant was ok, we enjoyed our meals. In a nutshell, we hope to visit this place in the nearest future.

If you're looking for peace of mind...

I've visited this restaurant a number or times, however I am still in awe of the top-notch standard of this place. The waitresses are very polite and helpful, the restaurant itself is neat and clean, very nicely decorated. The ambiance is perfect too, with pleasant music in the background (Sade is a good choice!). The food is good, priced ok!! Come and visit, it's definitely the best restaurant in the area! 

Real pearl in town

...he would certainly turn around in the grave with great joy and wipe his eyes in disbelief! In his former home, the owner of this small but fine hotel with only three rooms has made the historic workshop a jewel in the urban context of Bogatynias and countless guests thank him. Those who know the fairy tale of the fireware can experience a real deja vu here: lovingly furnished rooms in the style of the past are hardly decrepit, and for the interior only the term farmer furniture would be used to describe a short term. This is a quiet house built from the ground up, but the two stages of the hotel are better suited to sleeping in the basement of the hotel, where the quality of the kitchen is more than the usual.

If the old watchmaker knew...

The Clockmaker House is a wonderful, small hospitality with three lovingly designed hotel rooms. Who needs a 10-star super spa luxury hotel is wrong here. Who likes a cozy accommodation in a nice environment with family friendliness, is right here. The food is grounded and good. No lobster at night and no ten pancake variants for breakfast, but good, simple meals. The staff is very friendly and child-loving, and if you want something simple: ask simple questions! This staff tries to do everything possible. For us both, the hotel is a real secret tip for visitors to the Three-Ecks Cafe! What the WiFi Internet is about: It doesn't always work that way... Secondly, you should also ask for the last word for the hotel as well as the last word for the hotel.

Sweet little hotel in a sweet little town

I came with my son to stay for 3 nights. We were warmly welcomed and were very positively surprised by this beautiful accommodation. Everything is very clean and lovingly designed. The facility is very comfortable and the owner is very helpful. We chose this place because it is very central. Frydlandt in the east, Görlitz and Bautzen in the north and Zittau in the west. We were on the way to Prague. Unfortunately, there is no German spoken. You have to speak English. Polish would be ideal! At night it is quiet and safe. The first thing you have to do is say what you want and a wish is fulfilled. The only negative point: The bridges were the worst, and the road was always wrong! I also misunderstood the English, but I had to explain things in English, I had to misunderstand the English!
