We had a very unacceptable experience in July 2015, after booking this property via www.booking.com. It seems that the owners also market other apartments at the same address under a different name - Noclegi Zawisza - using the same contact details for both sets of properties. When we arrived, first of all it was very difficult to contact anyone - and a lot of time was wasted. Then, we were told that there was a problem and instead of being provided with a two bedroomed apartment, we were provided with a cramped one bedroomed apartment (into which a camp bed had to be squeezed). From website photographs for the Noclegi Zawisza properties, it is clear that we had been given one of those properties - although the person who showed us to the property still wanted to be paid the fee that had been agreed with booking.com for the Tanie Noclegi apartment. Since this person couldn't accept credit card payment (or issue any kind of receipt for a cash payment) I insisted that someone else should come to collect payment. No-one came before we left in the morning and subsequently the owner claimed that we hadn't turned up - so that he could claim payment from booking.com. When I explained to booking.com what had happened, the owner told them that we had stayed in the wrong property - and he hadn't wanted to cause us stress by pointing this out. A very strange comment since the same person seems to be managing both sets of properties. Having now looked more closely at other reviews for the property, I see that a Polish guest experienced something very similar in May 2015 (review is in Polish). It's clear that not everyone has this kind of experience, but there must be a risk - and I'd advise people not to use this property, unless they're desperate.
