Zakopane

A good hostel for those visiting the Tatra Park in southern Poland, divided with Slovakia. The hostel has an excellent location, right on the main street of Zakopane, with many restaurants around, and very close to one of the bus boarding points that goes to the park entrance. The bed was good, the bedding clean. The entrance to the hostel is a little hidden, like inside the entrance of a garage. The bathroom was good, relatively clean, but I found many beds for the same bathroom. There was a closet for the clown.

Good hostel in Zakopane

Nice hostel in central location. Staff were really helpful and informative. Considering it is central you can’t hear any noise off the street. Only criticism would be that rooms are connected so you can be woken up more easily. 

Nice hostel in central location 

A lovely little hostel in the middle of the main strip. Restaurants are in abundance as well as bars so you’ll never go without. The staff were extremely friendly, it was a cheap stay, beds were comfy and showers warm. Staff were knowledgable on all questions asked and I’d happily stay there again. 

Zakopane 

The place is a little grotty, the beds aren't that sturdy and mine had chewing gum stuck on it. I'm not sure the sheets were that clean. Otherwise, they have a little kitchen where you can eat. The location is really good, on krupowski street, the main street in zakopane and not far from the main bus and train station. The price is cheap and it is OK to stay here for a few days.

Place is a bit of a dump but good location

It is located right in the centre of the village and there are bus stops nearby.We were given a room of 6 which later turned out to be connected to another of 6 (they had to pass by ours to get to theirs).The bathroom inside the room, although the hot water ran out quickly.Clean kitchen and breakfast included.

Well, well, well, well.

The breakfast included is a mockery because you have the chance to make your coffee (like most hostels) and you'll also find milk and white bread with a little marmalade. Some of the staff girls don't speak English, and they also assigned me to the bed of a guy who was already staying there; then luckily we solved it. Fortunately a staff guy spoke English and gave me a lot of advice on the routes, he was very kind. The light in my dorm room was too low (as you can see from the photo that it's actually very dark). The hotel's location is really central.

It's not like that.

The best option for a group room with a literal and private bathroom. Very central and the receptionists very friendly and collaborative with our visit to Zakopane. It has a hidden jewel of restaurant just below.

Hotel is well located, on Krupowki street. There are a bunch of restaurants, pubs shops on the surroundings. However if you have problems to sleep, this hotel might not be a good option, since it's acoustic isolation is not adequate. 

Staff is very friendly (They open the kitchen an hour before the usual time due to my early checkout condition)

Breakfast is simple, but it is enough. 

Room wasn't so clean, there was a lot of dust on the floor and on the desks.

Shower is terrible, I would recommend replacing the boiler as soon as possible. Water was cold.

Good for a short holiday on a budget.
Do not expect a top hotel class accommodation though ;)
In an overhaul scale from 0 to 10 i would give this place a neat 6.
But if you consider the price, which was very affordable it makes of this place definitely a good choice to stay in zakopane for few days

Neat

The room we had was over Main Street. Which was very noisy all night. Staff were friendly apart from one of the young girls who was very rude. The room was very small for 2 people and luggage the beds were comfortable enough
