Very good situation. Familiar and correct. Proper breakfasts and the right thing to do so as not to waste food. Quiet and in a very nice street, in the middle and next to the harbor. Very good situation. The only drawback is that it has no elevator and is not soundproofed, otherwise, fine.

Correcto Correcto

This modest accommodation is perfect for getting to know the city, and even the island, easily accessible by car, if you can park on the same street in the blue zone (there is white) that only pays until 18:00 hours. It is on a main street in Angra but no noise that prevents sleep. I would recommend a reform of at least the bathroom, but it is a small room where to stop to shower and sleep (super comfortable bed). the room had air conditioning (which cools and much!). The breakfast quizza the lack of some variety and olive oil above all, but it is correct and with a good schedule.

The rooms are the lowest standard, the single rooms are about 8 square meters, basement, bed of tiny table, shower. Breakfast is always the same: a corner of melt cheese, 2 slices of hunting sausage, cut to nanometer thick with the laser knife. Parking in front of the hotel, you have a ticket to the car in minutes, which must be redeemed 2 km further away a, port (15 euros).

Not recommended

Stayed in the junior suite together with a colleague for a conference, for 4 nights.
Lovely hotel at about 100 meters from the marina and beach.
It's a shared bedroom, but the room was beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable. Ours even had a fridge and hairdryer. Wifi was very reliable. Wooden shutters keep out the light at night and the airco easily deals with the heat.
A healthy breakfast was provided daily and the staff do a superb job. A special thank you to the housekeeper for keeping our cluttered room so tidy and to the reception for making sure we could still eat breakfast before heading off to the airport!

Couldn't have picked a better hotel

Good location in the city centre in a busy shopping street. Ideal to visit on foot. Qualified and helpful staff. The lady at the reception even pointed me to a street outside the historic center where parking is free (in the center, not only is parking paid but driving around is a real nightmare with narrow streets and paved + the level). Very good and varied lunch. Wifi is not terrible, it disconnects after a few minutes. Then you have to shut down the wifi and then turn it on again to restart the connection (so in the long run, it becomes painful).

Good quality price ratio

We stayed one night here and for the price it was not bad. It's a pretty basic place. Our room was quite small and dated, but the A/C worked well and it had everything we needed. The location in the center of town can't be beat. 

Very basic hotel in a good location

Actually, I don't like to give bad reviews, firstly to be positive --> the situation and staff are top. Now unfortunately for the other things, these beds don't go at all! You can see in the mattresses the wiring builds. I couldn't move at all after the first night, on the second night I put down 3 wool blankets, which made it a little better. Unfortunately in Angra there wasn't any other affordable hotel available, otherwise I wouldn't like to stay there. The 7 nights were a torture, not only the uncomfortable beds, the hotel is also very noisy. You can hear the neighbors talking quietly (or snorting) when they're snorting, but when you're at the shower at night you're definitely going to have to sit back and watch the TV, but then you're going to have to sit back and have to eat a lot of honey, thank you! The entrance to the bathroom as well as well as the early morning rush hour has had to go to a lot of air, and then I'd be in the hotel, but if

uncomfortable and loud in a central position

Spent 2 nights here, one of which was during the beginning of the June festival. The hotel has a great location, 1 minute walks from the harbor. My room had a single bed and was nice and clean. Breakfast didn't have a lot of stuff (cereals, juice, bread, ham and cheese) but I was even surprised there was even a breakfast included. The staff at the reception is nice and allowed me to keep my bags there after check out and even called me a taxi to the airport afterwards. There is no elevator so you will have to carry yoir suitcases upstairs. Rooms are mostly quiet (depending on the neighbor) but walls are a bit thin. During the festival nights even the inside of the hotel gets crazy noisy. 

Centrally located 

If you are searching for a very cheap and central place in Terceira, this is very acceptable.
Cleaning is awful,  breakfast is included but very limited.
Supposedly free wifi but not available during the whole stay. The staff was not very worried about it.
I paid 25 euros a night for a single room. A higher price would be a rip off. 
Very silent during the night. Air conditioning available. Walking distance to everywhere in the city of Angra.
I would suggest new bed clothing, at least.

Room on a budget

But don't get high expectations. Old school rooms with flat screen tv, milk, juice and toasts for breakfast. Excellent location, maybe the reason for the price. Ask for a room with a view, we got a internal room looking at some patio...
