This building is in fact decayed, unsanitary, vetsust, no hygiene or soundproofing, no welcome, we fell into a sleeping merchant's house. However, the price remains in a high range of 150€ / 2 nights without breakfast so go your way.

To avoid

The pictures that the accommodation has on the booking website do not reflect the real situation of the place. The accommodation only serves to help open the door and then does not even meet my booking burden, in case I called almost 20 times without success. I was holding together several days to booking a refund, I only managed to get at least 20%. The accommodation did not want to be placed and the booking did not want to return your power at the time of the show.

My family's trip is over.

There was no reception, and the person who attended to us didn't help us, and he didn't even bother to give us tips on where we could work with our laptops. The cleaning lady was rude and wouldn't let me take a shower until before check-out time. The shower water was cool after five minutes, there was no social area or kitchen. The building is in very bad condition and the environments are ugly and poorly lit and ventilated. The only positive things were that the location is good and central and the bedding was clean.

You'd better get somewhere else.

Just saying that we haven't arrived to spend the night we slept there.We have arrived and it's a terrible cold.If you need help, there's no one to answer or help you, the photos don't look anything like what they really are.I don't recommend it to anyone!!!!

I booked a room for my son he came to the establishment there was no key to the door there was no one entered the room a beautician there was no bed there was a mattress on top of two carriages all dirty the bathroom not even commented there was no key to the door to the room too they stayed still it was midnight they had to run out because there were people trying to break into an absurd photos nothing to do with reality

Looking for a bed at the last minute I'm rather glad I found this room, no nice dorm, a big, comfortable bed and 2 Sdb on the floor with toilet that I didn't even feel like sharing, for 20€ it's pretty cost effective, located in the center and near the train station at the top.

Of course the location is the only good thing about the site. Point. The floor is lacking everything and is not conditioned at all, making the heat unbearable due to the old furniture and humidity. The smell of the bathrooms is horrible and everything seems to be about to break. The cables placed in a precarious and almost dangerous way, the light of the first bathroom from a hole in a window... The service also sells very badly, we had children and no one gave us the solution for a change of rooms. Don't pay for the suite, it's a buhardilla-horn full of humidity with a disastrous, almost unhealthy bathroom.

I went there for one night, nothing pointing against it, except the bathroom light is sensor-operated and I have to do a dance to turn it on every now and then.

One night

Very good (before hiring read this comment) *Furniture is fatal; roads paved with bricks *Electrical installation is scary and any day can burn. *We used a room with bathroom, even useless pork because we didn't have hot water... (embarrassing because we paid for it) *There was a lot of dirt in the bathroom and room, besides the kind of dining room it has... *It had two small doors that revealed the real state of the accommodation; ruinous and full of bugs, in which cuchas and the rest of the good stuff were seen in the photos. *Dirty cockroaches and a long one etc. A bad image of this site, I won't go back or recommend it.

Disastrous, horrible and full of creatures.

It's 5 minutes walk from the heart of Aveiro and 10 away from station.  It is on a quiet street.  Wifi works well.  Only complaint is that the bathroom needs a bit of an update.  In one, the light kept going off and the water wasn't always hot in the shower.
