We went to spend a few days in Lisbon and chose this apartment. It looks like the house of pin and pon: everything is very small and small. We had a small problem because the computer gets annoyed and we couldn't afford it. We were told that we paid in cash (these things should be notified even if we were called). At the end we had to make a transfer because the banks here charge us a pasta. They also charge 25th if you arrive after 22:00... Still, we were very busy. It is next to the square of rossio (so it is very central).

The location was almost perfect, central to get to everything, Mrs Rita was available and friendly, for four days of vacation and the little you stayed in the house is good, the area is unfortunately one that is... very degraded, dirty and unattended but we had no problems of any kind. The apartment was essential, there was only a drawer empty to hang clothes on. There are only chairs and no chairs. The bed is comfortable. You can feel the humidity luckily the air conditioner. There are few lamps. There are towels. Apartment Rossio with kitchen.

The apartment is a stone's throw from Rossio Square, but to get there you have to climb a rather steep hill (which is not so rare in Lisbon, on the other hand).What I least liked is that we had to buy all the basic products, because there was nothing (not even hand soap).

Apartment very normal

We had a wonderful stay here.  The owner was very friendly and helpfully showed us all the main tourist attractions on a map, without prompting.

Our apartment was at the top of the building with fabulous views of the city, castle and river. The only down side is that the stairs are very steep and would not be suitable to anyone with mobility difficulties.

The apartment itself was very spacious. We had a comfortable double bed. There was also two single beds in another room, and a sofa bed, so it could sleep six easily.

There was a small kitchen and shower room.

Lastly the apartment is tucked away in a quiet but interesting area, in the city centre. There are a number of good quality small restaurants nearby, including TripAdvisor’s top rated Indian restaurant (booking essential!).

Spacious, comfortable apartment  

I travel with my son to spend Christmas and explore the city. All the charm of the apartment, the attention, the location, the views.Everything is perfect, Hacia very cold, but the apartment was heated, so we are delighted.The lady who received us is a charm of a woman.We walked a lot, we toured the city by metro, tram and bus and when we arrived at night, a hot water shower and a good bed were what we needed to deal with the next day.

Christmas in Lisbon

I stayed in this apart-hotel for 8 days...as soon as you arrive you have to contact the structure to get the keys and pay for the stay...of course they are apartments and they are not equipped with reception....the girl was punctual and spoke English...the advice I give to get to this hotel is to take the subway and stop at ROSSIO and then continue walking towards a place called GINJINHA and then climb up a ladder until you meet a restaurant in fact Restaurant Floresta de Santana and climb the stairs you find there...just after the stairs you came to the hotel....the first time it was hard to find because we had gone down to Martimz...my advice is to go down the red line and I can reach the floresta shower where I had a hot tub nearby these days....then we can take the hotel down the stairs....we have the best way to get to the hotel....we have a hotel with a bus and bus....we have to find the best way to get to the hotel....we have a nice hotel with a nice hotel, and then we have to get to the hotel with a nice hotel....
