This place is terrible, it's an overpriced hostel. It's not clean, our bedding is stained and dirty; mattresses are cheap hard foam and one dips badly in the middle. There are not enough towels and no-one available. The housekeeping is poor. The hotel is reached by avery steep staircase There is no lift,  which is difficult with suitcases. The entrance is a heavy sliding door which is always locked abd would be impossible to escape if there were a fire . This place us completely unfit for purpose and we don't want to spend another night here. We want a refund. 

Terrible

10 rooms all on the same floor connected by a poorly lit unplug and consisting of a wooden floor that feeds a disturbing noise to every passing guest. Only 2 rooms have private bathrooms while the guests of all the other 8 have to share 4 services: 2 of these are small, uncomfortable and poorly positioned so that they face the common room used for breakfast with a particular image that would cause guests embarrassment!

Big disappointment

Very nice small hotel. Small but fine rooms with community bath. Very clean! Very central, but not quiet... You can feed yourself there (there is a large kitchen), currently no breakfast in the hotel, so rather bed without breakfast, but there are numerous options in the immediate area. Would book again anytime.

Nice little hotel in the center

Was due to stay at Feel Lisbon but UK govt placed me into high risk category of coronavirus due to being 6 months pregnant & advising to self isolate/not travel. Had to cancel and this was followed within hours of EU shutting borders with Portugal already shutting Shops/ cafes / sites. Hotel advised this didn't fit in their extenuating circumstance policy (god knows what is then) and refused refund. Did suggest I could revisit them within 6 months from now missing point I can't travel until after birth leaving me to rebook a date with 3 months of giving birth to my first child. Understand it is difficult for all but a very disappointing response to keep money of those unable to travel due to Coronavirus when borders are bring shut down and people encouraged not to travel.

Difficult times but disappointing customer service

- honest breakfast, not fancy but there's a little bit of everything, sweet and salty vote - location of the b&b excellent, near the shopping square that is the heart of Lisbon - the room is small but clean, as soon as you entered they made us find two towels... uncounted - very kind staff - the bathrooms are in common, it's not a solution that makes me crazy but there are 4 bathrooms for 10 rooms and they keep them constantly clean

B&Bs I'd go back to

We book the property through Booking, a double room. On our arrival we check in and settle down before we even look at the rooms. The guy who runs it accompanies us to the room, calling it a room is really an insult, just 7mq with two single beds positioned at L for lack of space, no dresses, no cupboards nothing to support the suitcases. It accompanies us to the bathroom (shared with 10 other rooms and absolutely not marked in the description of Booking) the smell and dirt of public toilets. The common rooms are dirty and dirty.

The worst experience of my life

The B&B is in a perfect location. Especially if you don't have much time. Right around the corner is an affordable parking lot. The rooms are minimalist-style and the breakfast room is very cozy. Everything you need and really very hospitable. Here you can do nothing wrong.

The perfect city trip

I stayed there in different rooms because I had different bookings. I am not satisfied at all specially because the doors are so thin that you hear everythning. Great location but still not value for money

Very noisy from outside and you could hear all the steps and discussions inside

Small, noisy rooms, little room to hold a suitcase, too much light even at night because the tendons are too small to cover, bathroom and shower together outside our room, not comfortable, I had reserved three nights even paid in advance, but only one night left, unfortunately the management didn't refund the other two nights.

It's disappointing.

I stayed with a friend in this facility. The only positive note is the central location. The bathroom is in common so much that at the entrance to the b&b you can smell a public bathroom. The terrace they say overlooking the city is aimed at an abandoned facility where a homeless person sleeps and urinates. Breakfast?? Or toasted bread with marmalade/nutella or ham and cheese.
