The Inn Fashion Residence is under renovation but is not communicated anywhere. At my question about the floor and the presence of a lift they never answered. They didn't ask us for identification documents and they didn't leave us a receipt of payment, we gave them only cash. The apartment that you book is near the residence but it's a BASEMENT, without windows! There is only one door leading into a small courtyard outside. Although it is discreetly furnished it is damp and cold. The heating did not work and we tried to use the oven to warm up. The use of the oven made the water heater unusable and we did not have hot water. They never answered about our requests of assistance and they didn't come to help us!! It was simply horrible. I strongly advise against booking here!

Three of us stayed here for two nights. The two bedroom apartment costs 105 euros a night. There was no reception so you need to call the owner to check in. Were told that the building (No. 7) was under renovation and were brought to a basement at No. 17. The building looked very rundown and the interior was far from clean. Tons of flies were around the apartment and the bathroom was smelly. The stoves were slow to respond. The only good things are the owner (who recommended some good restaurants in town), the location and the wifi. Stay somewhere else when in Lisbon.

Very well located in the centre of Lisbon. Clean and pleasant. Affordable price. Very welcoming staff with great kindness and availability. Manager José is a great asset for this hotel. He gives advice and helps with joy. He speaks English and French.

The location is excellent, close to two metro stops and in the center. The staff is very available although not always present in the reception. The room we had was quite large and with a characteristic balcony, the spacious and modern bathroom. We were fine. We were fine... only a small cockroach in the shower, a hair in the newly arrived bed (sheets changed instantly by the staff with apologies) and two nights of noise and loud music coming from below/outside.

the strategic position

Very nice location, very central (Avenue Liberdade) and in a quiet area. Spacious room, comfort and bathroom with very large shower. Every day I change clean. A special note for the Manager, really very kind and very available. Although not always present, there was always and always someone to replace him and still always available by phone.

It's the perfect day!

The location is really great, as is the warmth, and the sympathy of the woman at the entrance, but unfortunately the room has windows facing the wall, poor ventilation, very noisy fridge bars, and cockroaches in the bathroom.

It's a great position, but...

I'm going to go over this review because I want anyone who has a hotel, or runs a residence or a guesthouse or whatever, so I had to call him to ask him for the code. So I went to the subway to the 1st floor, where there is the guesthouse, and there is no answer. So I called the owner Jose' and he asked me (all in English) when we would arrive and I answered that we would be there at 6pm. I arrived at 6pm and the door in the street was closed with a code, so I had to call him to ask him the code.
