Located just on the main road. Part of the rooms are renovated. Part of the rooms are equipped with A.C but not all of them and you must assure that you get ones with A.C otherwise it is pretty hot inside the room. No elevator and thus not suitable for people with disabilities. I can not understand the high rank in the web.

Family hotel all the necessary amenities very clean with a small care team Well located on the outskirts of Bistrita, equipped with a supermarket and a bar open until midnight, served by a direct bus to the city centre as well as a car park.

Room is Great - new, clean and comfortable....Personal is very friendly and willing and breakfast is very good there is mamy choices... what is really important is they are heating that is no usually in Romania 

It is comfortable with friendly staff. The manager is very dilligent, helpful and accomodating. Food is very good and reasonably priced. No lift and the rooms are rather old, some without air conditioning, but the room sizes are quite good. The location is in an interesting neighbourhood, so there is a good chance to meet the locals.

Good value for money, dedicated service

The accommodation is easily accessible and modern, everything looks brand new. It is located about 4km from Bistrița city center, which can be reached by car or by bus (bus stop 1 min away from the motel).

The motel is located in the center of a former Transylvanian Saxon village, most of the houses surrounding the motel still have the traditional architecture. More traditional communities can be seen in the neighboring villages, such as Livezile, Dorolea, Jelna (within 20 km from Bistrița). 

The only downside of the motel is the restaurant, the food is not as spectacular as the rooms are (decent quality, though).

Quality accommodation in a former Transylvanian Saxon village

We were using the hotel as a one night stop off on a tour of Romania. We arrived and went into the ground floor, only to be told that we hadn't booked there. My heart sank but we were directed outside up some stairs to the first floor. The reception was quite grim and it was some walk to the room (no lift), but when we entered our deluxe room it was a pleasant surprise with modern décor. The bed was comfortable and room did not overlook the street so was very quiet. WIFI was a little temperamental and only worked near the door! Breakfast was a little limited in choice but adequate with freshly cooked egg dishes. For a budget hotel it turned out fine. It is not close to the centre of town so you will have to drive.

Dont be put off by the outside.

The room was very nice and very clean, the furnishings make you feel cool and coconut, the shower is big and spacious, the only problem is that the water flowed too slowly for the shower in the rain. The kitchen satisfied our palaces, but for breakfast we found a single choice, a plate of local salmon, fried eggs, tomatoes and cucumbers. Good, of course, otherwise you stay fast. Parking is not there. They didn't even allow us to park in the motel yard to avoid getting to the next motel, Old Sheriff, so we left the car practically on the street, which lowers the score, but it's three stars well deserved.

Just one night.

I live in the country where the motel is. Last year I went there with my boyfriend and we booked a room with a hot tub inside.

That's great.

We booked by phone and once we got to the place, I had the opportunity to choose the room I wanted. The rooms are furnished with good taste, friendly staff and very available; bus stop nearby, a grocery store downstairs and parking in front of the motel. Don't expect miracles from the restaurant inside, the weak part of our stay in this motel. We will return for the simple pleasure of getting a good rest. I must say that for 30 euros they offer you a 4-star service.
