This is not a hotel, but a tiny hostel over a pub. The location is very good, just a few minutes walk to Unirii Square. The host is very accommodating. We stayed in a room on the 1st floor, which have two bathroom.There is also a fully equipped kitchen for the guests to use. The room was spacious and clean, had A/C and a comfy bed.

Great accomodation

The hostel is very clean, and the personal is polite. The beds are as well comfortable.  

The location is perfect to visit te city. It just takes 8 minutes walking to the closest metro station, in Piata Unirii. 

I hardly recommend to stay here for every kind of visitor. 

Great option for the city center 

Both the pub below and the accommodation itself - which belong to the same owner - are a fairly faithful reflection of the type of establishment that is intuitive in the name: the classic English Bed & Breakfast. Although the hostel has few rooms, these are spacious and have some good size beds. While it is true that the mattresses are slightly hard to have what one is used to seeing in Spain, this is the only 'pero' of the hostel (separate decoration). The rooms are comfortable and really clean, as are the bathrooms, which look like they have been renovated before. However, the smallest aspect of the hostel is its positive location.

A good option for accommodation in the center of Bucharest.

We got the room with a private bathroom, very clean, comfortable, big bed and good price! Very kind and nice owner, is transforming the pub by specializing in wines, good cuisine.

Good accommodation

I thoroughly enjoyed my recent three-night stay at the George and Dragon Rooms. It's easily walkable from the Old Town and takes around 10-15-minutes.

I was given a warm welcome upon arrival and was impressed by my room, which was clean and had air conditioning. The shared bathroom was also well-kept.

It's worth staying here whilst in town: especially if you want a good sleep slightly away from the more lively Old Town area.

Great base to use when visiting Bucharest

When I booked, I was hesitant about the time I would find, but the appearance is misleading. It all depends on what you expect, well, it's not a hotel but the reception and management don't go away. Let's start by saying that the place is clean, I didn't find any details to report. Maybe a little shower in the edges underneath a bit worn out but we don't take any pains. I thought I heard the mess in the pub but it doesn't even seem there.

Appearances Are Deceptive

We stayed here for 3 nights and we found ourselves very well both for the room, small and cozy, both for the cleaning of the shared bathroom and for the warmth of the owner. We also had dinner in the pub the first night and it was great because you can taste great dishes and enjoy a great relaxing atmosphere. I don't give 5/5 because of the lack of organization of the complex itself, as it is a real reception and you may have trouble finding the entrance.

Nice, comfortable and affordable accommodation

It was Pasquetta. The lady welcomed us with a plate of cheese, eggs and pancakes. Very kind. The room was clean and the bathroom, shared with another room, was nice and clean. There is a common kitchen. On the street there is parking space. It is about 20 minutes' walk from Uniri Square.

Have a nice stay

The dog bit my son. I attach a picture of the belva, a place that as the name  dragon  says makes you really assume what will happen to you, after the first night my wife became my Siamese twin because of the hot hot weather of the Azores alone in our room we dissolved in symbiosis because of the sweat, breakfast worthy of an all you can eat in bankruptcy that uses rats not to buy meat, for the rest everything except the grandmother who doesn 't speak Italian and because of the problem at the throat seemed like a character of a horror who wanted to kill us as soon as we arrived, but at the end we left quite happy and we also tried the experience of the Bermuda Triangle on our throats shot.
