The hotel is very well located, close to the Palace and the Palace of Culture. It is a new building. The reception staff is 5 stars. It is very clean. It is very quiet. The negative is always talking about the hab.39 of the fifth floor, the following; we find holes in the saunas, a lamp from the night table that didn't work, a crack in the wall, a ghost that can't be closed with the water coming out. The small towels and the toilet seat are much smaller than the sanitary area in question. The gel is better to take home. It is an important detail to appreciate. For the rest of the hotel and good price. We are sure at the reception 100x100, that we would have decided at the reception and shampoo, but our personal availability is given. Given the quality of the service, we love these things, and I hope that in the afternoon we will make good arrangements to change our habits.

I can't give you four.

i was there for a night , 2 times. at that moment they didnt have a car park but now they get one next to the hotel, a private car park. the view it s not so nice, it s situated at the back of some university, but very accesible to iulius mall and palas mall. the apartment was so nice and cosy, very clean, and modern. also the breakfast was very nice. i reccomend this place for couples , friends and family . i could say it s very romantic room and bath.

We had a superior double room. The room is pretty big, clean and overall ok. The staff is very friendly and they help you with everything.

But there are some cons also:
The biggest problem was with mosquitos because there is no mosquito nest at the balcony door.
Another issue is the fact that even the hotel it's in the centre of Iasi, there are a lots of buildings nearby witch are in construction and you can't go on a walk. You have to take the car every time.
Also you are not guaranteed to have the room from the pictures because there are many rooms.
The price is quite big but in accordance with the rest of hotels.

Ok but with some cons

Me and my fiance stayed here for christmas as she wanted to visit her mam. The room was very nice and the staff wear extreamly friendly. Will def be staying when i go back. We arrived very early on the first night and they had the room ready early. The room was very spacious abd resonably price. Very large bed 2 t.vs and dining table and 2 sofas.

This apartment hotel is located in the Technical University area of ​​iasi. Located 1.5 km from the Palace Mall and the Julius Mall, the apartments are large and well equipped with air conditioning, no meals, limited public transportation, and an elevator.

Good apartment hotel

A large room, very bright, equipped with a cooking corner and a refrigerator. Everything clean, air conditioned. Free Wi-Fi working. I stayed for one night and we had a great time.

Good quality - good price!

We stayed at this apartment hotel for 2 nights.  The rooms are  large and comfortable.  The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the old city and the palace as well as the palas shopping center.   About 5 minutes away is a grocery store where we purchased food for breakfast.  The kitchenette is very basic.   The staff were were helpful.  We arrived late at night and as all restaurants were already closed the clerk assisted us in ordering food to be delivered to the hotel.

Great location, helpful staff

In the slightly depressed area behind the engineering faculty this residence (3 stars?) offers quite comfortable apartments at an honest price. I found the cooking corner equipment a little too scarce but it seems you can complete it by asking the receptionist, there is no restaurant or bar, only a distributor of hot drinks and one of drinks and snacks. Private car parking but no street lighting in an isolated area.

Accommodation - residences of apartments only

This is the fifth time I've stayed at this Aparthotel and it's really excellent. Very welcoming and available staff, impeccable cleanliness, great solution to have a small cooking corner in the room.

Very clean and refurbished in a quiet area

We stayed there for 2 nights. The reception was friendly. We noticed some neglect which is not worthy of a 3 star... (need to wash the dishes before use (black traces), cleanliness of the dubious carpet, stained pillow, no hood in the bathroom so no bathroom possible, one side of the bathroom was broken, the bed was not repaired, they just put the couch on the bed...). Apart from that, the apartment was well arranged, the bunk was good, there was space and a very good internet connection. The hotel is well placed for those who want to shop (it's just 10 feet from the shops within two minutes).
