A romantic getaway that also has conference rooms.  A step back into Medieval Times.  Located in a mountain ski resort billage in the beautiful Carpathian Mountains but Bucharest and historic locations and towns well within driving distance

A Magical Honeymoon Place

I was there with my boyfriend at the end of January 2017. We use to go there very often. Coming back to this place after one year we notice that things have changed. 
This Heraldic Club is quoted as a 5 stars hotel. The bad part starts now: no heet in the room, we went and ask for heet in the middle of the winter. They said there was a problem and they will solve it. In the next 5 min it was on. This happen every day and night. from 7 am there was no heat in the 5stars hotel. 
Every time the saw us leaving the hotel they were stopping us and asking : are you leaving? where are you going? 
Every time you open the hotel door be careful as there are some dogs inside that will begin to bark. The dogs are quite small and nice, but again, another unacceptable thing in a 5 star hotel.
One day we went to breakfast and surprise! the dogs begin to bark inside the restaurant and a lady came and told us...today no breakfast as we are changing the management. A 5 star hotel will never ever do that. They reduced us from the room price 20 lei! means 4,4 euro for 2 pers breakfast. MISERABLE!  
The breakfast is the same every day, very poor and you have to wait for a very long time until you get it. 
The price for one room...well this changes according to the person that is charging you. there is no published price and you have to ask for days for the invoice.
The owner rented the villa to another company to take care of it, to manage it. 
We will never go there again.

WORST HOST - Worst place in Poiana Brasov

After the first time I've visited this hotel, I had to return. All the services were great, the food  is delicious, also the rooms have great view, especially room 402 that has the mountain Postavarul view. The bathrooms are beautifully accessorized and I loved the small details that made this hotel feel cozy.
The location is charming especially in the winter season where you can spend it with your close friends and family and this is one of the things I liked best.
I will always return there with pleasure and with an open heart.

A beautiful place to be with your loved ones.

The hotel is located in Poiana Brasov and it is a pretty charming place. It has beautiful flowers on the windows and cute clean rooms.  The interios has a heraldic design . The staff was helpfull and polite. The place has a parking and offers tasty food. 

Charming place

We stayed overnight in this hotel. It is the end of the ski season, and summer season has not begun yet. We were , I think, the only couple there. Very nice place, the room was big and lighted with a lot of light at night. In most of the hotel I've stayed, was not enough light in the room. The staff was very friendly and the cooked breakfast spacialy
for us..The room was very clean and so was the entire hotel. Big bathroom.

Overnight in the ski resort

We went to Poiana Brasov to do snowboarding and we needed a hotel to recharge the batteries... this was perfect!! From going to the ski slopes walking down the main road from the restaurants to the best dinners. Be careful with certain hotels that are very far from the ski slopes, they provide van to take you there but it's not worth it being able to afford a nice hotel so close.

Very calm and relaxing

Hotel con encanto, la atención con nosotros impecable, no hababan catalán ni español ni nosotros rumano pero se esforzaron mucho para hacernos entender. El servicio de comedor era modesto, pues como éramos los únicos huespedes no hubo servicio de almuerzo ni cena, pero el desayuno nos lo hicieron a la carta. La preciosa decoración, ambientada en el estilo medieval, fue encantada por mi hijo de cuatro años.

Enchanting, precious

The hotel is comfortable, furnished very carefully, reminiscent of a medieval castle and comfortable and quiet rooms. We stayed for 3 nights in a clean double room with daily change of clothes. The rooms are all equipped with balconies. The buffet breakfast is varied and abundant and you can take the cool in the well-kept garden.
