It's a good hotel, we stayed there during the May holidays. We settled in a little early. There's a TV, a teacup and a very comfortable soft bed in the room. Since we left at 7 a.m., we had no problem arranging breakfast with us.

I think it's from the Soviet era, I wish I had a better breakfast, or no food at all, free parking, cars under surveillance, like a transit point.

It's only seven years old but I was astonished to see that it was erected in accordance with hospitality industry standards which were at least thirty years old. That is those who built it made it obsolete from the very beginning.
Everything looks like Soviet Union some time in the 1970s. Having checked-in we saw a notice on our windowsill (in Russian) warning that "there could be problems with cold - ! - water", a shower sprinkled water in all directions, wallpaper in our room was fixed in several places by an adhesive tape, sound insulation was non-existent, our friends constantly had problems with locking and unlocking their door (later they were told that they had to "just" lift it up when turning the key!), TV screen produced some blurred jigsaw puzzles, wi-fi was practically dead, etc., etc., etc. As to us, we were visited by a cockroach on the very first evening of our stay. Their receptionist kindly offered to us another room, adding that it would be a suite - but it wasn't. In both cases our windows faced a dump.
Breakfast was ve-e-e-ry strange - porridge with a lukewarm sausage (?!) and a hard-boiled egg plus something resembling tea and coffee.
The property's location is unfavourable - rather far from all local places of interest including waterfalls, a datsan and more or less reliable eateries. It took us about thirty minutes' walk to reach them - going all the way up - with no means of transportation to be seen except for numerous cows.
Summing up, long live the Soviet Union!
You should be ashamed, Buryatia! This is your most precious gem and you hardly care about buiding at least a decent three-star facility there.

If this "hotel" is nice then what is good?!

We went to Arsan for the first time - in October 2020. The hotel was advised by the sister, the two of them took 3 local rooms, because in 3 local there is a refrigerator, and a view of the mountains, and three breakfasts))). We arrived at the hotel at 11.30 on Friday, settled in immediately, the water hall and town were all the days, breakfasts are simple, but full, cashi (oatmeal, rice, boiled eggs, sausages in the test, butters with sausage and cheese) this is a 2-day menu of breakfast. We did not ask for cleaning. The bed was very pleasant, a good mattress, comfortable pillows and very pleasant to the body.

I liked the hotel.

We stayed in this hotel for two days and compared it to where we were before. Let's start with the bathroom: there are no shelves, no hooks, everything is torn off, the pendant is on the toilet, the shelf is on the sink, and it's not stable, and you're looking at it, it's going to fall down, shower, you could change it, the mixer is old, barely hard. In the room, the standard two-bedroom, the beds are empty, although in the photo of the two-bedroom rooms of this hotel there are no beds. On the roof there were dried motels, the room itself is clean, but... the dining motels.

For that kind of money, there are better options.

We stayed overnight in Arshan. On the general background, it's a good option. The room is large. There was a bedroom for a child. There was a large bathroom with a Soviet mixer and bathroom. Breakfast is simple, but it's there. The quality of the finish is appropriate. There is a balcony on which stood a bank with bulls. The staff is welcoming. Cards are accepted. There is Wi-Fi. There is also a TV. Cleanliness is acceptable, walking 12-15 minutes to the mountain is not rushed.

It's not a bad idea in the background.

I want to warn you right away: in Arshane you will hardly find anything better. But in the rest... the boardroom is six years old, and it is surprising that the builders have been laying down standards in it for almost thirty years, that is, from the very first day of its work it is hopelessly obsolete. Socks everywhere. In the rooms you find a warning sign that there may be a problem with the supply of cold water (look at the window!), the bathroom is still running in all directions, the walls in our room were stuck in a few places with scotch (for example, the roof of the coffee shop), the sounding is perfectly sounding, the windows in the next room seem to be nowhere near the door, so it seems no one could open the door at all, which is the key to the bathroom, which is what you need to know, but the bathroom, which is not a good night's sleep, is not a good night's sleep, which is not enough to help you, but the bathroom, which is not even in the best place.

Actually, the octopus is the scariest, but, as they say, not having the best...

Spontaneously we went to Arshan for a couple of days and got to the weekend, everything was busy and we called this hotel (they were looking at the options with their shower and toilet), we were happy that the last two-seater room was left. The room is not big, just 2 separate beds and a small table.

Everything is fine in general. Good staff, nice rooms, clean bed, but dirty walls. I really liked the cafe, the great food and the beautiful view. Great backyard))) There is a moongal, swingers, sandbox. The lawn is carefully shaved, the tables have benches.

All in all, great.

It's a good hotel to stay and relax after a walk in Arshan, the rooms are small but cozy, there are all the beds (even for children), tiny tables like in the train compartment, bathroom, shower. If you want and love coats, poses and snacks, it's better to eat in other establishments.
