We were unlucky, we ended up in this hotel, because it was the base for the tour of the Russian North Gate, or... the fire department. The hotel was built back in 1975. Unfortunately, almost all the hotels on the tour were not offered it. We would never have chosen it ourselves. I will start with the fact that the hotel is located far from the historic part of the city, and the hotel's surroundings are not pleased with the tourist's sights.

One of the three nights I couldn't sleep because someone snorted all over the floor. The batteries were turned on, but after getting into the plumbing machine, I didn't call the receptionist the third time.

It was in May, but it was cold, the heat was not on for the second day. The single-room room setting failed, the fridge - all dead, old, poor), the TV and the broken control did not match even on the label, accordingly did not work. There were attempts by the girl at the reception to say that this was my control from some TV, which was changed for 2 days, to turn on the short one. I travel around the country and the world often, there's something to compare! Here's a fork in everything! Starting with a paid parking for guests! Well, how is it!? It seems to be the province's fortune.... the hotel chose the most expensive in Cherepovce and that, the room is small, the furniture is old, the plumbing is old, the bedding leaves the best to be desired.... Breakfast is a separate theme, well, there is no cashews, no omelets, no glazuns for breakfast!!! Some macarons and sausages are airy, coffee soluble (and very soluble), tables are dirty!.

The hotel is very average, but the staff is very friendly. Breakfast is very good. There's wifi. They clean well. There's a store nearby. If you want to save money, it's a good option. There's a bed in the studio room, a TV, something like a small kitchen.

I stayed 1 year in that hotel. I am satisfied with service and room. Receptionists are very good and helpful. Lunch and dinner in restoraunt were very good and tasty. Every day there was a room service. When some serious problem raised then they offer me to change a room. I am very satisfied and strictly recommend to others for long and short stay.
