The hotel is located on the central street, just five minutes from the bus station, 10 minutes from the bus alley leading to the central beach. Very good soundproofing. The room has a split system, so it was not hot, so the room has a TV, refrigerator, teapot, plates, cups, glasses, dining appliances - you can enjoy your products, the cabinet has enough hangers, there are hooks and in the hallway area, there is a shoe care kit. Three mirrors per room - I think it's chic! In the shower kit, they weren't filled until tomorrow, so when you get to the bathroom, you'll have your own beds drawers so you can pay three times a day, so you'll have to pay for every meal in the morning.

It's a nice location!

We stayed here for about two weeks. We went with our husband and our little baby. We booked a room online. Everything in the photo turned out to be the same. Thank you to the individual administrator for being polite to us all the time. The room had everything we needed to live in, and most importantly, the quiet neighbors, who we didn't mind much of, I hope... you had a nice time, we'll be back next year.

Great for the family.

I've been to Gelendzhik a few times, I'm happy, because it's all nearby, and Kabardinka is where we've been too. My wife and I stayed there for four days. I'll tell you what we liked there. Beautiful nature, clean air. The hotel staff are polite and kind, as you know, you won't find warm hospitality everywhere. Most of all, of course, we remembered a spacious room where there was cleanliness and coziness. We had everything we needed, and most of all, the sea was simple. We liked the pleasant memories of our vacation.

It's a beautiful place.

When I spent a few days in Gelendzhik, I didn't look for a fancy hotel, the decisive factors for me were the proximity to the sea, the new and clean rooms, the nature near the hotel. Troy's guest house met all my needs, if you have the same criteria, make a reservation. Gelendzhik is a very clean city and this guest house included. The staff is thoughtful, there are many cafes and restaurants nearby.

Clean and comfortable

It was just last week that the whole family came back from vacation. They were staying in one of the rooms of this guest house for more than a week. They booked the room when they were at home, online. It was very convenient, and most importantly, everything was in the room.

Better not think of it.

I spent 5 days with my wife in this guest house. I liked that it is conveniently located, you can get to the beach in less than 10 minutes. The prices are low compared to other places. In terms of comfortable rest there is everything you need: bed, refrigerator, internet, cable TV. Plus, you can rent bicycles for walks around the edge. The places around are picturesque, the balcony has a beautiful view of the sea.

It's a good place to relax.

When choosing a hotel, I always look around, especially if there's greenery or some kind of park, because I can't do without nature, and here it's just a fancy, big green area! That's the only reason to come. The sea is very close, the rooms are cool, clean, everything new, there are shops and markets nearby. I only regretted one thing that I had to leave, and I didn't want to!

In this beautiful guest house, we spent a beautiful and unforgettable warm day on the shore of a clear sea. There is a very fresh mountain sea air. After the metropolis, you rest with soul and body. We ate at a restaurant, cooked deliciously, always deliciously, the service was polite. At average prices. It's really beautiful and sweet. It's great to be so lucky. Thank you.

Beautiful and picturesque.

It's a heavenly place. I've had the best vacation I've ever had. It's all romantic. Five minutes to the sea, quiet magical warm nights, cleanliness and order, breakfast in the morning, the Internet and wifi, but I never wanted to enjoy them.

I want more.

We stayed at this hotel for a month. Despite the hotel's quiet location, it was very quiet. It was cozy and quiet. The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was always clean and perfectly ordered. We came together with our wife and the air conditioning and a large bed were a huge plus for us. Very conveniently located. Close to the sea and the beach. When booking the room, we took food. The cafe was on the ground floor. Very tasty.
