I booked a two-seat small standard room in the hotel. We came and settled in. In the room all the belongings (carpet, soap, shampoo) for one person. I went to the administrator, asked to put a towel for the second person. The administrator said that this room they have is considered one-seat, so the second person will not give me anything. I showed the reservation where a two-seat number was written, but it didn't take action. I was also told, What do you want for this money? And I just want to have a set of towels in the two-seat room.

It's a disgusting service.

Plus: the largest - of course the location - is in the center, and away from the mass gathering places, the room was on the 2nd floor with a view to the Red Square and the recently renovated Cathedral. The room was clean, very comfortable, a normal furniture with a lot of places to store things (which is not often the case even in more modern hotels), good wi-fi, welcoming staff tastings, guarded parking for 100 minutes.

Soviet luxury

I visited Kursk for tourist purposes and spent one night in a hotel. Now I assess my choice as wrong. I thought that the main hotel of the regional city, located on the main square  Red Square next to the government building, would meet at least the minimum standards, but the renovation carried out in it was clearly late. I have no particular complaints about the three-room luxury room. It seems that its repair was completed shortly before my arrival. Two sofas, two television panels and two air conditioners  for me is so much too much. The bathroom is well equipped, but there was no hot water.

Hotel Central - wait until the renovation is over

The city center (!), the fancy hall, the large rooms, the bathroom)) Of course everything is in a run-down state, but at the price they charge and while it's the city center, everything is great! You can eat traditionally too), noisy, but everything is comfortable.

A little bit of a squirrel

Unfortunately, I stayed here for two nights. The location is great, but the bathrooms are dirty, it's not possible to eat late, it's cold in the room, the bathroom is terrible, the towels hang ugly, I always thought they were folding.)

This is a Soviet nightmare!

The bedroom had a refrigerator, a TV, a large (huge) bed. The bedding was clean, the bathroom had clean towels, firm soap and shampoo. The TV was a regular cable, an old big TV, but it wasn't particularly needed. Also, a bottle of 0.5 litres of gas-free mineral water and a clean glass of Soviet type were placed in the room.

Ordinary average hotel

There is a large enough room with high ceilings. Very polite and friendly staff. There is a parking lot of its own for 100r a day. The furniture is simple, but comfortable and not decomposed. The hot water in the tap in the morning (7-00) appeared 20 minutes after the active melting, and it's not hot but warm. There is air conditioning, refrigerator. On the wall -32inch TV on a convenient crownstone.

It's a good place.

I was looking forward to seeing the hotel in a run-down state, the dirty rooms, and the reminder that until June 13th there would be no hot water, which really upset me. Fortunately, those expectations didn't come true. The hotel wasn't new, some of the modern amenities weren't here yet, major repairs were not done. But in the rooms, I was very welcome (although it depends on my shift tomorrow, I'll only have a few hundred bucks a day).

Budget hotel in the city centre

I was looking for 2 rooms in May 2018. The price was very low + a discount for the weekend, + a discount that is not via the internet (Booking and so on take a commission from hotels). I don't know who lives in such hotels during the week, on weekends there is usually a choice of rooms.

I liked it.

The Soviet Union in every detail is a minus, the welcoming receptionists are a plus, the Hammen on the street at 6am, screaming under the windows are 2 fat minus, so it's a threesome.
