Upon arrival at the hotel we were greeted by a bitter, very unfriendly receptionist, who made us wait almost 1 hour to check in, my wife had to go to the administration to see us. After that time, they took us to the room that was on the top floor: full of dust, the walls of the bathroom falling, the pipes exposed and an uncomfortable bed.
