Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The standard time of check-in is 14:00, check-out time is 12:00. Check-in before 14:00 is possible in case when the apartment is vacant. Check-out later than 12:00 is also possible in case when the apartment is vacant for this time. In case of early arrival or late departure for every hour, a fee of 10% of the daily cost of the stay is charged.
For check-in or check-out during the period:
— from 09:00 until 22:00 no additional fee is charged;
— from 07:00 to 09:00, from 22:00 to 24:00 an additional fee of RUB 500 is charged;
— from 24:00 to 7:00 an additional fee of RUB 1,000 is charged.
Upon check-in, a deposit of RUB 3,000 will be charged. The deposit is returned upon departure.
Guest must have a passport to sign a contract. Reporting documents are provided.
Cleaning, bed linen and towels are changed every 5 days.
Prior to arrival, guests are required to make a prepayment of 1 night's accommodation. The apartment representative will contact guest to provide information about ways of making the prepayment.

The location near the metro, as well as a large living room are the best features of this appartment.
What was bad
The appartment was dirty when we moved in. The bathtub was dirty as well. Generaly speaking, the bathromm badly needs to be renovated. On top of that, there weren't bedsheets of the right size for one of the two beds!
