Additional information
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The standard time of check-in is 02:00 PM, check-out time is 12:00 PM. Check-in before 02:00 PM is possible in case when the apartment is vacant. Check-out later than 12:00 PM is also possible in case when the apartment is vacant for this time. In case of early arrival or late departure for every hour, a fee of 10% of the daily cost of the stay is charged.
Check-in from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM — RUB 500.00, from 12:00 AM to 07:00 AM — RUB 1000.00, from 07:00 AM to 09:00 AM — RUB 500.00.
Guest must have a passport to sign a contract. Reporting documents are provided.
Cleaning, bed linen and towels are changed every 5 days.

It was the worst experience of my life!
Although I wrote many emails to the apartment manager to prevent him of my late arrival, nobody was here to open the door and we had to stay outside in Moscow the whole night because everything else was full (World Cup)! We could only enter into the apartment at noon the next day.
