This is not my first time staying in this hostel. And every other previous time, I have rated this hostel very good.
The reason I have to rate this time for the service 1/10 is because the receptionist didn't give me a place to stay in the hostel although I pre-paid for my stay. She couldn't find my booking information on the system. Then I suggested to her that I can pay again and I will call Ostrovok support later but she definitely didn't ne
